GBStay away from the fraudulent company. The worst experience with a company - I have placed an order with them on March 17th and their website says that the delivery would be within 5 to 7 days: when I check the status tracker, it shows the order is not even ready yet to be dispatched. Such a deceitful company - I only wish I checked the reviews before making the order:

GBORDER #KD6681 So i ordered the 9070 office chair on 4/8/24 on the kerdom website, and became suspicious when my credit card alerted me to an international order being placed (payment was sent to France), but the customer service info places the company in LA county in CA. Today is 4/15/24 and my order still has not shipped. I tried to call on Friday but it went right to VM where i got a message saying the inbox was full. After spending a week reading reviews for orders directly from the website, I'm beginning to think I've been scammed. I will try again today to reach out, but if I don't get an answer or a response today I will dispute the charge with my CC and get my refund that way (since according to reviews trying to do this thru kerdom itself is a headache). The unfortunate thing is that I really want the chair I ordered. Guess once I get my refund I'll have to order it thru Amazon. Do NOT order your chair from their website. I wish I would have read the reviews before hand because I would have ordered it from Amazon to begin with instead. Edit. I have tried again to call today. This time it actually rang, but again went to VM where I got the same message saying the inbox is full. I have sent a text as well. We'll see how this pans out, but it doesn't bode well. Edit #2. I wrote everything before this on 4/15/24. About 15 minutes after I finished writing the first edit I received a phone call. The man on the other end of the line was definitely a French man, confirming that my payment was taken by a French company. He assured me that it was a mistake, that the warehouse was just really busy, and that my order would be shipped out that day, to be received in 4-5 business days. So I agreed not to contact my bank to dispute the charge for the chair. I was sent a FedEx tracking number not long after that and figured they had made everything right. Well today is Friday 4/19/24. And I received A chair today. Only problem is the chair I received isn't THE chair I ordered. I ordered the 9070 with thickened lumbar support and I received the 999. On top of that, both the chair I ordered AND the one I got are advertised on the website as having 360° adjustable armrests (adjustable up, down, forward, backward, and side to side), but the ones that came in the box are only adjustable up and down. I have sent a text and an email (cus the phone number still goes to a VM with a message that it is full, and the website says to text if there is no answer) to see what type of resolution can be worked out, so we'll see what happens. But at this point I don't have much faith in the outcome. I feel like I will be stuck with a chair I didn't order (so hopefully I end up liking it, as it doesn't look too bad on the website), and i will be surprised if and actually favorable resolution will come of this. Still one star. If you want one of these chairs: ORDER IT FROM AMAZON, that way at least you have a better chance at getting what you ordered, on time and accurate, with Cust. Service that will get you some sort of good outcome if things go bad with the seller.

ESSupport doesnt reply Dont even know if i was scammed... My order received that they were sending the chair but my direction was not okay... (Even though i was able to see my home in their own website map on the order) I sent them the data again and after 6 days I am still waiting. Wrote them several emails, sent dm on instagram and facebook and still waiting... I'll try to ask the bank for a refund but dont ever buy anything from them in his own website. I dont know amazon... but his own... RUN

ESOrder #KD4588. Order #KD4588. Ordered a chair 5 days ago, sent an email to ask when they were planning to ship It, no response, sent second email today. Guess ill have to issue a refund directly with my bank. Extremely poor customer service and order management.

GBAmazing product with an amazing support team!!! Amazing product with an amazing support team. I had ordered an office chair from their official website. They were very prompt in notifying and shipping the product, and I received it within 3 days. The chair quality is premium and feels solid. I have been using it for more than a year now and it works perfect. Support team is aslo very helpful and prompt in replying to any queries. I had a small issue after almost a year of use while the chair was still under warranty - support team was very helpful and resolved the entire issue within a week. Highly recommended :)
