GBRUNNNNN! I ordered a chair two weeks ago, the "package" came to the hub in my state but was recalled by the shipper. I called the customer service number on their website but it went straight to VM every time(626-900-1989). The business address is house which is a huge RED-FLAG, and their email responses is AI generated. Terrible business practices RUNNNN!

ESGood chair and company values We often limit ourselves to evaluating whether the product is good or not. But one thing that is important for me is to know if the company behind the product is serious and will offer you long term support. In the case of Kerdom we are dealing with a company that besides making good products and with good quality/price, has a great support that will respond to any problem in a short time.

GBNo reply and No chair No reply and no chair. I ordered a chair from these guys over 2 weeks ago now and according to the shipping info on their website it has not shipped yet. I have attempted to make contact through various methods to no avail. Starting to think I've been ripped off. This is an unacceptable way for a buisness to operate. Update. Oddly enough after posting this review I received a response from Kerdom and my order was shipped at the same time. They said they were having warehouse issues. The chair arrived on april 1st well packaged and not damaged in anyway like a lot of reviews said. They also offered me a $25 refund for the inconvenience.
