Order #KD4588. Order #KD4588. Ordered a chair 5 days ago, sent an email to ask when they were planning to ship It, no response, sent second email today. Guess ill have to issue a refund directly with my bank. Extremely poor customer service and order management.

Do not order I ordered a chair on march 10th and still dont have it. When I first contacted them one week later why it wasnt shipped yet they said they didnt have it in stock and the next day they would receive it. One week later they said 7 days more. Now I am trying to contact them but get no response at all I wish I had read the reviews before I would have never ordered from this store

Stay away from the fraudulent company. The worst experience with a company - I have placed an order with them on March 17th and their website says that the delivery would be within 5 to 7 days: when I check the status tracker, it shows the order is not even ready yet to be dispatched. Such a deceitful company - I only wish I checked the reviews before making the order:

Then i semt email ang got answer chair is on the way month ago. Still nothing so will see. I wish I read trustpilot first🙄

They were very prompt in notifying and shipping the product, and I received it within 3 days. The chair quality is premium and feels solid. I have been using it for more than a year now and it works perfect. Support team is aslo very helpful and prompt in replying to any queries. I had a small issue after almost a year of use while the chair was still under warranty - support team was very helpful and resolved the entire issue within a week. Highly recommended :)
