NEVER RECEIVED PRODUCT Ordered my chair on 15 September 2021. Sent them multiple emails but only got a reply on 14 October 2021 saying that "Our shipping services are scheduled to resume on the 20th, Tuesday this coming week.". It is now 30 October 2021 but still no confirmation that it has been shipped. Sent emails thereafter but received no reply at all.

Disgusting to try and deal. As others have noted,a disgusting experience where support do not respond unless threatened and then they respond with lies and broken promises.Legal action the only way forward. Do not respond to this review by asking me to contact support .Have tried that with no success. Will be dealing with credit card companies to block using this site

They were so helpful and friendly They were so helpful and friendly. A great customer experience. We love the garden sculpture we purchased from them. It was well packaged, shipped on time, delivered in great condition. The sculpture was well made and exactly as described on the website.
