NEVER RECEIVED PRODUCT Ordered my chair on 15 September 2021. Sent them multiple emails but only got a reply on 14 October 2021 saying that "Our shipping services are scheduled to resume on the 20th, Tuesday this coming week.". It is now 30 October 2021 but still no confirmation that it has been shipped. Sent emails thereafter but received no reply at all.

30 days and counting... I placed an order on November 16. It's been almost 30 days with no tracking information update. I'm still hopeful that it will arrive but nobody responds to any of the emails I send through. There's no active phone line either. It shows that they're busy and typically reply but that doesn't happy. Please let me know what I have to do to get your attention. My order number is 2624. I will definitely change my rating if I get updated on my order.

Never again Took forever to ship despite paying more for expedited shipping. Paid for UPS because they deliver quicker to Canada from the US but was instead shipped via USPS which takes much longer and is not an upgrade. Customer Service still has not answered my emails and it has been over a week. Requested to cancel my order and get a refund and they have not done so.

First time i ordered from Cyburthur… First time i ordered from Cyburthur Stores and could not be more satisfied. Was worried about condition generator might show up in coming from California to Michigan but was pleasantly surprise to open box and was in perfect condition. Its been running fine ever since at hunting camp. Shipping was prompt and the whole experience was near perfect. Thank you

BUYER BEWARE!! BUYER BEWARE!! Cyberthur is a scam operation through and through. Soon after placing my order I received several emails asking for patience regarding the delivery date as the company was under pressure due to COVID. I gave them 3 months before finding out that my order had been cancelled and no refund supplied! Obviously, Cyberthur have not responded to my emails as they know they are thieves. Legal action pending. My legal fees will be more than the money I have lost. But it will be worth it. These people need to be held accountable.
