Those are lies. This is a scam company that has NEVER tried to reimburse anything and that authorities are investigating. Please don’t get trapped ! PS: regarding your last fake answer: how can you need my bank details if you did already reimbursement attempts? This is a SCAM in order to get your bank details, don’t get trapped! You have received hundreds of mail you never replied, you sent fake reimbursements, you steal money to people and never deliver. We re hundreds of victim clients so don’t try to pretend we’re behaving. You’re doing it on purpose and this fake website will hopefully be closed soon to stop stealing money to people.

Sticker was faulty! It was a nice sticker but the edges of it we're all stuck to the inside of the packaging and separating when I received it So when applied the edges didn't stick properly as they were already previously stuck to the plastic in the package!! I could barely get it out of the wrapper without wrinkling it or ripping😞 and shipping was slow! The design was nice that's about it! I don't plan to order from this company again and I didn't make a complaint as I'm sure nothing would be done about it anyway🤷‍♀️

Disgusting to try and deal. As others have noted,a disgusting experience where support do not respond unless threatened and then they respond with lies and broken promises.Legal action the only way forward. Do not respond to this review by asking me to contact support .Have tried that with no success. Will be dealing with credit card companies to block using this site

Never again Took forever to ship despite paying more for expedited shipping. Paid for UPS because they deliver quicker to Canada from the US but was instead shipped via USPS which takes much longer and is not an upgrade. Customer Service still has not answered my emails and it has been over a week. Requested to cancel my order and get a refund and they have not done so.
