GBExcellent Customer Service I ordered a Jarvis standing desk (with manual crank arm) and a Luna stool from Fully at the start of 2023. To cut a long story short, the desk, once assembled, is really good, although the assembly instructions could be improved a bit. The Luna stool is also great, except on mine the cushion began coming away from the seat after just a few weeks (not in a huge way, but enough that I was concerned it might progress over the coming months, perhaps rendering the cushion unusable). I wasn't sure why this was happening, since the build quality of both products seemed so good. Anyway, I contacted Fully, and without any hassle a replacement was on the way. That was more than I was expecting, and I can't fault the way they handled my concern. Overall, Fully's stuff isn't the cheapest, but it's above average quality and I'll gladly consider buying from them again in the future knowing that they value my satisfaction.

HRFully we all know is gone Unfortunately Fully we all know is gone. Miller Knoll is the new owner and that changed everything. Fully was famous for their excellent customer service. I've bought Jarvis some time ago exactly because of the customer service. During spring sale I've bought Alani chair which came with wrong armrest, screws for armrest were also messed up. As everyone noticed there is no customer service anymore I'm afraid. Miller Knoll managed to destroy 10-15 years of reputation building in like 2 months.

DEGreat personalization/quality ratio We ordered a desk and the table top came damaged. After being sent the wrong form to report the damage to the delivery company, customer support quickly solved the issue themselves and sent us a new desk table top. We were searching for a standup desk with some quirks and notting tops Fully's personalization/quality ratio. Assembling the desk was also quite easy using just the paper instructions but you can also follow Fully's youtube video. We'd definitely buy again from Fully.

UAJarvis hardwood table + Jax arm + Sidekick Ordered a hardwood Jarvis table, Jax arm, and Sidekick cabinet. I have never received any product from Fully in a good condition so far. 3 out of 3 - damaged or poor quality. Table - damaged tabletop right on the surface when you see it the most. The suggested by support discount did not cover the repair expenses. For the Jax arm - the paint peels off right after you take the arm from the box. Sidekick - factory defects on the front panels. Support stopped answering after I asked them to publish my reviews of their products on their website. Low customer service, poor quality, and horrible delivery at a high price tag.

GBAbove and beyond issuing replacement parts I bought a Fully standing desk (a Remi) around 2.5 years ago, during lockdown. The desk itself is great - very sturdy, nice build quality, smooth lift etc. I moved house a few months ago and partially took the desk apart, putting all of the "small bits" including a couple of wires in a clear bag, which has then completely disappeared in the house move. I assumed I would be out of luck and have to either fork out for a new desk, or make do with something cheap. Fully customer services have been incredible - not only are they going to send me all the replacement parts needed, they are going to do so for free (not even charging for shipping), and the response times to my back and forth (with two different CS reps) have been professional, polite, and incredibly helpful. Fantastic :)
