FRDO NOT BUY! DO NOT BUY! I purchased a standing desk a few months ago, once assembled it showed defects w.r.t the control / electronics. Basically it takes ages to move the desk up or down. I have been writing to their support for months at that point. They take an average of 15-20 days to answer even the most basic email. And their answers are usually completely useless. I think they are just trying to gain time to not figure out a real solution, which would cost the company a reimbursement or a replacement. If you want to laugh, their last email was asking me for the sales order... which they have since it's the same email... I am still without a solution and desperate. DO NOT BUY.

DEGreat personalization/quality ratio We ordered a desk and the table top came damaged. After being sent the wrong form to report the damage to the delivery company, customer support quickly solved the issue themselves and sent us a new desk table top. We were searching for a standup desk with some quirks and notting tops Fully's personalization/quality ratio. Assembling the desk was also quite easy using just the paper instructions but you can also follow Fully's youtube video. We'd definitely buy again from Fully.

GBTheir customer service that they were known for and why I purchased my desk no longer exists. Weeks of reading reviews left me excited for my new Jarvis. That company of the past doesn’t exist . Upon receipt, the bamboo top had inserts that were inoperable so the table won’t stay fixed to the frame, damage to the table top from shipping as well as damage to the hole covers. Rust in the legs and emailed last week to get to work and no response. Next step is disputing charges on my amex…. This whole process is completely upsetting.

HRFully we all know is gone Unfortunately Fully we all know is gone. Miller Knoll is the new owner and that changed everything. Fully was famous for their excellent customer service. I've bought Jarvis some time ago exactly because of the customer service. During spring sale I've bought Alani chair which came with wrong armrest, screws for armrest were also messed up. As everyone noticed there is no customer service anymore I'm afraid. Miller Knoll managed to destroy 10-15 years of reputation building in like 2 months.

GBGood and surprisingly quick Was hesitant to order based on the delivery issues noted in other reviews, but seemed like they have improved after switching courier to DHL from Fedex. UK based at least. Ordered on Monday, received desk top on Thursday with the remaining on Friday. Overall quality seemed good, very very minor marks on the desk top but not a big deal. Time will tell how it holds.
