This is an absolute horrible company This is an absolute horrible company. Was unable to travel due to a family emergency and they refused to refund us any portion of our nor would they change the dates for us. Gave us the biggest runaround. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY AT ALL. YOU WILL LOSE ALL OF YOUR MONEY!

The WORST customer service I’ve ever… The WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced. There is currently a hurricane hitting the east coast forcing my sister and I to cancel our plans and they will not give us a refund for our room. It was a one night stay and it’s absolutely disgusting.

Roomspick was great for renting my spare room Had a day with some technical difficulties with the site not loading, but other than that it was super helpful to be able to list my room and get connected with others who were looking for what I have. I liked that I could add multiple photos and that I had the chance to see a persons profile to get an idea about who was inquiring.

Room picks is terrible Room picks is terrible. I tried to move my reservation 1 day later and they refused said it was too sudden, even after calling the hotel directly and they said they could. Room picks sucks and should be banned from all platforms.

Mislead and Horrible Customer Service I would give zero if I could. I rented through vrbo, which I've done many times, and never had an experience like this. The property was a motel room, which I wish I knew and could have dealt directly with them. Upon check in we learned that our "one unit, 2 bed, 2 bath" rental was really just adjoining rooms. I've tried to explain via email. I sent pictures of my booking, which says "one unit", I tried to call and was on hold for over 30 minutes before I hung up. Their emai response is always the same, we violated the cancelation policy (we didn't stay at the property after seeing it) and "thank you for your understanding". Roompicks is awful. I think vrbo should stop allowing their properties to be advertised.
