If I could give ZERO stars If I could give ZERO stars, that’d be more fitting. This is the worst possible company to ever book with, I suggest you stay away from them. I’m surprised Airbnb allows their behavior on their platform. We had to cancel our reservation due to an unexpected passing in our family and was promised a full refund for our trip from one of roompicks. Our whole trip was almost $1400 and they only credited back $500 and refuse to refund me any more. What a shame this company is for stealing money from me. Also, we were supposed to be staying at a hotel and from the reviews I’ve read about this company with hotels, I’m glad we didn’t.

Roompicks is a scam Roompicks is a scam. We booked a 6 day stay with them in a resort in Florida. We noticed our room wasn’t getting cleaned, we had to hunt down basic service like toilet paper & towels after paying addition resort fees when we arrived. The resort staff kept reply to us we don’t know what your contact says with Airbnb. It felt like we were not getting service because we booked via Airbnb. The resort was a 1 star, and housekeeping only showed up once while we were there. We contacted Roompicks not to get any help. Airbnb should not allow 3rd party to rent out rooms. Roompicks is not taking responsibility blaming resort, and resort is blaming Airbnb. We work hard for vacation and shouldn’t have to deal with these types of issues. Fake advertising, and Roompicks replied we already paid resort.

Total Scam… Double Books Total Scam… I booked a cabin in the woods and they DOUBLE BOOKED it… then asked me to “request a cancel my trip” so they could give me less money back. Total SCAM, do not book with them.

STAY FAR AWAY!!! If I could give a zero star, that would be more appropriate for this horrible place. We booked through Travelocity and got a receipt from VRBO. We paid probably 3 times the actual price is. We also were scammed into believing it was one space with 2 beds, and low and behold, we had two separate rooms. The pictures are from probably 100 years ago and do NOT represent the place at all. We ended up checking out early and staying at the Hilton down the street. The hallways smell like a combination of mold and smoke, there is NOT a secure website (in fact it is barely usable), there is no business center as advertised, we had no hot water and there was a roach in the bathroom. Asking for a refund and have been working with the property mgt company and VRBO with zero help. Every bad review is responded by RoomPicks that the review was written by a scammer. I am not a Scammer, or a bot. RoomPicks is the true scammer here.

Don’t book anything through roompicks. was the rental agent for a… Roompicks was the rental agent for a vacation we booked through VRBO. We paid over $530 a night to be told everything was extra. The “resort” was run down and severely overpriced. The listing was horribly deceptive. They didn’t respond to emails until the day before we checked out. The resort told me I didn’t book a king room with a balcony, even though I did. They said roompicks only sent over for a standard king with no balcony right next to US-1. They advertised a poolside tiki bar and ocean front bar as well as a beach. There is no beach, just a sand area surrounded by sea walls. The bars were only open for a few hours each on Thur-Sun and closed early half the time they were open. The resort charged everyone extra resort fees no matter who you booked through.
