GBThis company misrepresented a hotel… This company misrepresented a hotel room in a rundown hotel on VRBO. It is a total lie. There is no reason for this to appear on VRBO but they do nothing about it. Beware of Roompicks masquerading as a VRBO. Shame on both companies!

GBRoomspick was great for renting my spare room Had a day with some technical difficulties with the site not loading, but other than that it was super helpful to be able to list my room and get connected with others who were looking for what I have. I liked that I could add multiple photos and that I had the chance to see a persons profile to get an idea about who was inquiring.

GBSTAY FAR AWAY!!! If I could give a zero star, that would be more appropriate for this horrible place. We booked through Travelocity and got a receipt from VRBO. We paid probably 3 times the actual price is. We also were scammed into believing it was one space with 2 beds, and low and behold, we had two separate rooms. The pictures are from probably 100 years ago and do NOT represent the place at all. We ended up checking out early and staying at the Hilton down the street. The hallways smell like a combination of mold and smoke, there is NOT a secure website (in fact it is barely usable), there is no business center as advertised, we had no hot water and there was a roach in the bathroom. Asking for a refund and have been working with the property mgt company and VRBO with zero help. Every bad review is responded by RoomPicks that the review was written by a scammer. I am not a Scammer, or a bot. RoomPicks is the true scammer here.
