This place is trash. This place is trash.. they provided a listing on air bnb.. disguised as a 2 bedroom and was 2 separate units. Then kept my money and wouldn’t refund. Garbage service.. garbage customer service.. dishonest! And Air bnb should be ashamed to use them. Believe all the other negative reviews. Rest assure I’m not a SCAM bot. Lol

Awesome Features I Used it and find a room in a short time After searching for roommates in several different places, I cannot believe I didn't find roomies sooner! Absolutely worth making a profile. I was surprised at the number of messages I received, which was great. The notifications are clear and they do not send spam emails which I truly appreciate. The website itself is intuitive. If I ever need a roommate again I will be starting with roomspick.com

Room picks is terrible Room picks is terrible. I tried to move my reservation 1 day later and they refused said it was too sudden, even after calling the hotel directly and they said they could. Room picks sucks and should be banned from all platforms.

Roompicks is a scam Roompicks is a scam. We booked a 6 day stay with them in a resort in Florida. We noticed our room wasn’t getting cleaned, we had to hunt down basic service like toilet paper & towels after paying addition resort fees when we arrived. The resort staff kept reply to us we don’t know what your contact says with Airbnb. It felt like we were not getting service because we booked via Airbnb. The resort was a 1 star, and housekeeping only showed up once while we were there. We contacted Roompicks not to get any help. Airbnb should not allow 3rd party to rent out rooms. Roompicks is not taking responsibility blaming resort, and resort is blaming Airbnb. We work hard for vacation and shouldn’t have to deal with these types of issues. Fake advertising, and Roompicks replied we already paid resort.

If I could give ZERO stars If I could give ZERO stars, that’d be more fitting. This is the worst possible company to ever book with, I suggest you stay away from them. I’m surprised Airbnb allows their behavior on their platform. We had to cancel our reservation due to an unexpected passing in our family and was promised a full refund for our trip from one of roompicks. Our whole trip was almost $1400 and they only credited back $500 and refuse to refund me any more. What a shame this company is for stealing money from me. Also, we were supposed to be staying at a hotel and from the reviews I’ve read about this company with hotels, I’m glad we didn’t.
