AUDire lack of elementary sales service Years ago I received good products from CB. Currently their customer service is non-existent. I think they use bots, with a signature made to look like a real person. I paid for an order but over a month later it has not been shipped - that is, not only not delivered, but not even dispatched. The customer service 'person'/bot just responds non-sensically about this, copy-pasting repetitive default replies instead of attempting to solve the problem. Beyond frustrating. It will end up being a claim, as there seems to be no way to access a real/competent/interested person. Shame, because we can't risk more purchases if they waste this amount of our time just trying to receive products or get our money back. If CB don't fix this, it will be their downfall.

GBWrinkle filler I ordered the line filler- I have to say I was skeptical- this was my last resort before Botox! It works! Literally I have tried every product for my deep smile lines-this works-totally am a customer forever! Customer service is wonderful and shipping was under a week! Was hesitant because of the price- but let me tell you-worth every cent! Thank you city beauty-

GBBad Business practice I placed an. order for a product on 2/16. I saw, on 2/19, that my cc was charged. By 2/29, I had not received the product, nor been advised as to what was happening with the order. I sent an email inquiring about the situation, and they did respond saying that the product was out of stock but was expected to ship at the beginning of April. Very bad business practice in charging cc before sending product, and also not advising customer that they have no product on hand.

GBGood Products and Customer Service I’ve been buying from City Beauty for several years. I’m in the UK. The company responds to inquiries quickly and refunded money when I mistakenly ordered something twice. The products are excellent.

GBSCAM! The worst beauty company out there City Beauty is TERRIBLE! Do not waste your money with them. I have been a pro MUA for over 10 years and have never experienced such awful service and policies. They are still shipping things to me 6 months after I cancelled my order, and if i want a refund, I am stuck paying for return shipping on items I cancelled months ago due to their tardiness in shipping!!! Since I purchase a lot of product for my business, I try to support other smaller businesses so I thought I would give them a shot. The lip glosses were eh, like drug store quality. The wrinkle filler did not even work, no product would dispense so I sent it back (on my dime) for a refund. Months went by and then they sent me another that I now also have to return and I am stuck paying for shipping on that as well. I placed my order in November and am still getting product I cancelled last December, in April of the next year! All their customer service will say is that they "don't offer return labels." Total scam
