I recently got a chance to experience… I recently got a chance to experience CityBeauty services. Although it was an avrage experience, I am somehow satisfied with what I had. Over all I am happy with their customer support and quallity of their products. Despite few delays, things mostly got done quickly and I didn't have to complain. Although the product qunallity was better than I expected, the prices could have been a bit more reasonable. Overall, it was almoust good experience.

Love City Beauty Products About a year ago, I purchased City Beauty Multi-Action Sculpting Cream and InvisiCrepe Body Balm X 2. I am accepting the fact that I am not going to get rid of all of my wrinkles (77), but I love both of these creams. They have a light fragrance that disappears after applied and the creams make your skin feel so good. I would encourage anyone who has not tried it to order some for yourself. I am going to continue to try to make myself look good and feel good.

No difference after 2weeks Been using City Lips for my lip lines on & above for 2weeks now & absolutely no difference whatsoever, wished I hadn't wasted my money.

SCAM! The worst beauty company out there City Beauty is TERRIBLE! Do not waste your money with them. I have been a pro MUA for over 10 years and have never experienced such awful service and policies. They are still shipping things to me 6 months after I cancelled my order, and if i want a refund, I am stuck paying for return shipping on items I cancelled months ago due to their tardiness in shipping!!! Since I purchase a lot of product for my business, I try to support other smaller businesses so I thought I would give them a shot. The lip glosses were eh, like drug store quality. The wrinkle filler did not even work, no product would dispense so I sent it back (on my dime) for a refund. Months went by and then they sent me another that I now also have to return and I am stuck paying for shipping on that as well. I placed my order in November and am still getting product I cancelled last December, in April of the next year! All their customer service will say is that they "don't offer return labels." Total scam

Delayed shipping -cannot cancel - Customer has to pay for return shipping cost Very disappointed will not order again. Very long delivery - tried to cancel due to delay, was informed could not cancel. On returns - Customer is responsible for return shipping cost. Lack Customer focus. There are so many great skin care company options that provide better service. Many poor reviews on line about City Beauty.
