City Lips I bought the City Lips, buy 1, 1 free. I kept reading about the amazing results that were happening. I'm disappointed. I'm looking for smokers lips help, the advertising had black lines on smokers lips and showed them being filled in when City Lips was applied. It certainly isn't helping mine. Very disappointed.

Bad Business practice I placed an. order for a product on 2/16. I saw, on 2/19, that my cc was charged. By 2/29, I had not received the product, nor been advised as to what was happening with the order. I sent an email inquiring about the situation, and they did respond saying that the product was out of stock but was expected to ship at the beginning of April. Very bad business practice in charging cc before sending product, and also not advising customer that they have no product on hand.

It’s got absolutely nothing to do with the supposed lip plumper. My friend bought it, it did nothing at all it was just horribly sticky I tried it, I agree. Judging by the reviews the customer service matches it. Both awful. At least they’re consistent.
