Bad Business practice I placed an. order for a product on 2/16. I saw, on 2/19, that my cc was charged. By 2/29, I had not received the product, nor been advised as to what was happening with the order. I sent an email inquiring about the situation, and they did respond saying that the product was out of stock but was expected to ship at the beginning of April. Very bad business practice in charging cc before sending product, and also not advising customer that they have no product on hand.

The woman on the ad says ‘every time I… The woman on the ad says ‘every time I wear this people say did you get your lips done?’ The answer to this is yes she clearly has had her lips filled. It’s got absolutely nothing to do with the supposed lip plumper. My friend bought it, it did nothing at all it was just horribly sticky I tried it, I agree. Judging by the reviews the customer service matches it. Both awful. At least they’re consistent.

Great marketing. Zero truth. They're superb marketers but their products don't match their hyperbole. I waited for SEVEN weeks to receive their Line Blurring Wrinkle Filler. I feel quite stupid to have been taken in by their claims. At $75US,the 7.5ml container cost $10US per ml. Used it and it did absolutely nothing. I'm posting it back today. They're obviously reward some so-called beauty experts to lie about the products. Look at the ingredients.

Dire lack of elementary sales service Years ago I received good products from CB. Currently their customer service is non-existent. I think they use bots, with a signature made to look like a real person. I paid for an order but over a month later it has not been shipped - that is, not only not delivered, but not even dispatched. The customer service 'person'/bot just responds non-sensically about this, copy-pasting repetitive default replies instead of attempting to solve the problem. Beyond frustrating. It will end up being a claim, as there seems to be no way to access a real/competent/interested person. Shame, because we can't risk more purchases if they waste this amount of our time just trying to receive products or get our money back. If CB don't fix this, it will be their downfall.

City Lips I bought the City Lips, buy 1, 1 free. I kept reading about the amazing results that were happening. I'm disappointed. I'm looking for smokers lips help, the advertising had black lines on smokers lips and showed them being filled in when City Lips was applied. It certainly isn't helping mine. Very disappointed.
