I just wanted to re-order some special… I just wanted to re-order some special labels and it would not allow me to re-order and I had to put the entire order in again. I think that’s a wasteful as I had to contact primer and go through a long time-consuming process. If I have no changes, why do I have to go through a special order again.

the new LX3000 and it… I just purchased the new LX3000 and it works amazing. Before I bought this I purchased the Afinia L502 and it was an absolute nightmare. I had to return it after 2 weeks. The LX3000 worked great right out of the box without any problems or bugs. I had to call Tech support to help me w/ a couple of small things and compared to Epson and Afina, Primera’s tech support was extremely verse and informative on the equipment. There’s 2 cons. 1) the printers driver is a bit limited and I’m not too happy that I cannot save and name specific settings like I was able to do with my Epson but if you only have a few media sizes it’s not the end of the world. 2) the printer is extremely sensitive to any sort of tension on the label itself as it’s being printed so if you have a rewinder. You’re constantly making adjustments to get it to work properly.

Printer review I just received my printer so I have had no contact with customer service, however I have received many emails regarding the product the shipping, tracking and follow up. The printer is wonderful. A little complicated but that's ok. The end results was amazing and well worth basically going back to school. It was well worth the money.
