USProducts & Delivery Great. Customer Service is Slow The products are wonderful. Delivery is swift. (I would say buy smaller frame sizes elsewhere as the their prices are not compatible.) Customer Service is slow. However, I hate to ding them much for that as I don't know why. Maybe they need more staff. It be something else. I do know they are trying and they eventually resolved the problems.

GBNo refund policy for faulty goods, expensive returns I ordered a large number of prints (around 12) and I was satisfied with 9 of them although I would say I expected print quality to be better on half of those, they not sharp. I contacted customer service because two of the prints were very poor in colour, wishy washy and not like they looked online and one was just not that nice compared to online. I disputed that I should have to pay £10 to return the two posters as they were effectively faulty and it was not my responsibility. Customer service were not interested and insisted I would have to pay £10 to return which means I would lose half the payment anyway. I shall not be ordering again as I do not feel it is good customer service to expect your customer to pay for a return for a faulty or substandard item.

USDelivery took way too long and… Delivery took way too long and communication regarding delivery was poor. The online delivery information was inaccurate. Don't say to expect delivery in 3-5 business days and then take 10 days to deliver.
