GBDelivery took way too long and… Delivery took way too long and communication regarding delivery was poor. The online delivery information was inaccurate. Don't say to expect delivery in 3-5 business days and then take 10 days to deliver.

GBThe prints are mediocre at best The prints are mediocre at best, plus two prints were put in a huge box loosely. They moved sideto side during shipping in this large box, resulting in bent crumpled corners on both prints.

GBWaiting 3 weeks for shipment I ordered on 3/5 and have not heard anything from the company since, we are at 3 weeks and nothing has even shipped yet. I contacted customer service 4 days ago and have not gotten a response.

GBOrder never showed up and I have tried three times I have tired to order some canvas pieces from the site three times now and they never show up (I have not been charged). I get my order confirmation email then when they fail to arrive after three weeks I reach out to customer services. Each time I am told the order has been placed and will arrive, with an apology for the delay. Then, when they still do not arrive I reach out again to be told on two occasions that there was a glitch with their computer systems and the order was cancelled in error and I was never informed and most recently that the order was lost during transit. Instead of just re-sending my order they have then cancelled it and refunded me. I am very confused as on reading reviews it appears to be a legitimate site but I have failed to receive my order three times now and question if the site is real after all. I am incredibly disappointed as I really wanted the canvas' I ordered.

GBNo refund policy for faulty goods, expensive returns I ordered a large number of prints (around 12) and I was satisfied with 9 of them although I would say I expected print quality to be better on half of those, they not sharp. I contacted customer service because two of the prints were very poor in colour, wishy washy and not like they looked online and one was just not that nice compared to online. I disputed that I should have to pay £10 to return the two posters as they were effectively faulty and it was not my responsibility. Customer service were not interested and insisted I would have to pay £10 to return which means I would lose half the payment anyway. I shall not be ordering again as I do not feel it is good customer service to expect your customer to pay for a return for a faulty or substandard item.
