Great posters but unable to check out I've tried ordering multiple times over the past month and have never successfully checked out (which is annoying, since Desenio is the only one stocking the prints that I want). I've tried four browsers, two devices, and all three payment methods. When paying by card, nothing happens after clicking the button. When using Google Pay, there's an error message. When using Paypal, the popup gets stuck on the loading screen and then there is an error message in the main window. It has been close to a month and I can't be the only one experiencing this, so how have they not solved it? They must be losing so many orders.

I really like posters deliverd from… I really like posters deliverd from Desenio, I had a hard time with processing my payment, so I placed my order and paid twice, when I received 2 different order confirmatins, I emailed them and asked to cancel one order, they answered and canceled my extra order immediately never charged me for the extra order. Customer service was great, delivery was quick :)

Order never showed up and I have tried three times I have tired to order some canvas pieces from the site three times now and they never show up (I have not been charged). I get my order confirmation email then when they fail to arrive after three weeks I reach out to customer services. Each time I am told the order has been placed and will arrive, with an apology for the delay. Then, when they still do not arrive I reach out again to be told on two occasions that there was a glitch with their computer systems and the order was cancelled in error and I was never informed and most recently that the order was lost during transit. Instead of just re-sending my order they have then cancelled it and refunded me. I am very confused as on reading reviews it appears to be a legitimate site but I have failed to receive my order three times now and question if the site is real after all. I am incredibly disappointed as I really wanted the canvas' I ordered.
