I really like posters deliverd from… I really like posters deliverd from Desenio, I had a hard time with processing my payment, so I placed my order and paid twice, when I received 2 different order confirmatins, I emailed them and asked to cancel one order, they answered and canceled my extra order immediately never charged me for the extra order. Customer service was great, delivery was quick :)

Great selection. Glitchy website Great selection and quality. But the site is a bit glitchy at checkout. Recommend fixing bugs at checkout. The cart randomly empties at payment and it's difficult to gauge whether the purchase went through or not. Took me 3 tries to make a purchase.

Great picture After searching several websites, I actually found more of what I was looking for on Desenio’s website! I watch Lone Fox on YouTube, and loved is display of pictures from this company. Desenio did not disappoint! The print I purchased was so aesthetically pleasing and the paper material seems sturdy enough for years of enjoyment. I plan to purchase more prints very soon!

Order never showed up and I have tried three times I have tired to order some canvas pieces from the site three times now and they never show up (I have not been charged). I get my order confirmation email then when they fail to arrive after three weeks I reach out to customer services. Each time I am told the order has been placed and will arrive, with an apology for the delay. Then, when they still do not arrive I reach out again to be told on two occasions that there was a glitch with their computer systems and the order was cancelled in error and I was never informed and most recently that the order was lost during transit. Instead of just re-sending my order they have then cancelled it and refunded me. I am very confused as on reading reviews it appears to be a legitimate site but I have failed to receive my order three times now and question if the site is real after all. I am incredibly disappointed as I really wanted the canvas' I ordered.

Products & Delivery Great. Customer Service is Slow The products are wonderful. Delivery is swift. (I would say buy smaller frame sizes elsewhere as the their prices are not compatible.) Customer Service is slow. However, I hate to ding them much for that as I don't know why. Maybe they need more staff. It be something else. I do know they are trying and they eventually resolved the problems.
