We ordered an older but sturdy refurbished color laser printer, but they shipped a slightly different model by accident (both look the same actually, an easy mistake to make.) Rather than sending me through the hassle of re-packaging and shipping it back, they went ahead and without my asking, generously are letting us keep the first one AND shipping the other one to us as well.
