Fast, friendly, and reliable service! I had ordered a reconditioned printer, but the warranty for a refurbished one. My mistake from the beginning. I was called within 24 hours and offered two choices. Sy was great and explained everything in detail and made a better choice in the end because of it. Customer Service The printer in our office ended up failing after many years of use. Turned to these guys when looking around for the same model but knew it would be refurbished. The first one had some misfortune during shipping and was having complications printing. Contacted them, let them know what it was doing and they sent another one to replace it. The second one had better luck making its way to us and has worked outstandingly so far. They even took the unfortunate one back. Would recommend this company to anyone. Thanks for helping get our office back up to speed.

Great Product, Incredible Customer Service The printer is just what we wanted, but the customer service is just incredible. Not your standard internet sale, but working with real people who know what they are talking about and have the customer in mind. We will use them for all of our printer purchases in the future. Cannot rate them high enough!

Excellent service with quality delivery We were a bit wary of buying a used DesignJet printer, but Sy made it easy and answered our questions fully before the sale. We paid extra for delivery service, but it was hand delivered with pride and set up in our studio by Steve, who was knowledgeable and helpful (we had to work out a new computer interface and he had useful suggestions). Then two printheads failed and Steve worked with Sy and the Service department to get us new ones quickly at no charge. The printer is working great and their service has been very good.
