Best Customer Service and Prices Sy, the manager, was extremely helpful and was able to give me a better price than other company's quotes. The multifunction machine we purchased works great. If it wasn't for Sy's help, I would have purchased more than we really needed. I truly felt that he cared about my experience over profit. Sy is the man! So, I ordered a printer that showed to be in stock, but I didn't get charged for shipping or get confirmation on my order. They give you a number to call to expedite/confirm your order, so I called and Sy picked up. After a brief exchange he informed me that the unit I ordered did show in stock, but they were both DOA units. Did that stop Sy from providing excellent customer service? NOPE! He immediately and unprompted started to search for and list other options for me. I was able to take these back to my customer and we agreed on a solution. Once again, I called in to the number and The Me-SY-ah answers the phone! Two to three minutes later, boom I am updating my client with good news! Very satisfied with this process and customer service!
