GBSy is the man! So, I ordered a printer that showed to be in stock, but I didn't get charged for shipping or get confirmation on my order. They give you a number to call to expedite/confirm your order, so I called and Sy picked up. After a brief exchange he informed me that the unit I ordered did show in stock, but they were both DOA units. Did that stop Sy from providing excellent customer service? NOPE! He immediately and unprompted started to search for and list other options for me. I was able to take these back to my customer and we agreed on a solution. Once again, I called in to the number and The Me-SY-ah answers the phone! Two to three minutes later, boom I am updating my client with good news! Very satisfied with this process and customer service!

GBSy is the Guy Without even telling him that I was a notary, Sy knew right away that I was a notary based on the make and model of the printer that I was asking for. I was looking for an HP LaserJet P3015X CE529A. He said that this printer was refurbised with a 1 year warranty. No other reseller gave such a long warranty. Also, this model was made even faster than other printers because the insides had been replaced with that of a faster printer. Also, I explained that we will be on vacation next week, he delayed shipping it until the coming Friday.

GBCustomer Service The printer in our office ended up failing after many years of use. Turned to these guys when looking around for the same model but knew it would be refurbished. The first one had some misfortune during shipping and was having complications printing. Contacted them, let them know what it was doing and they sent another one to replace it. The second one had better luck making its way to us and has worked outstandingly so far. They even took the unfortunate one back. Would recommend this company to anyone. Thanks for helping get our office back up to speed.
