GBExcellent service with quality delivery We were a bit wary of buying a used DesignJet printer, but Sy made it easy and answered our questions fully before the sale. We paid extra for delivery service, but it was hand delivered with pride and set up in our studio by Steve, who was knowledgeable and helpful (we had to work out a new computer interface and he had useful suggestions). Then two printheads failed and Steve worked with Sy and the Service department to get us new ones quickly at no charge. The printer is working great and their service has been very good.

And willing to find out answers to questions, and make sure that those answers are clear. This takes the kind of patience that's hard to find these days. GBSy is the man! So, I ordered a printer that showed to be in stock, but I didn't get charged for shipping or get confirmation on my order. They give you a number to call to expedite/confirm your order, so I called and Sy picked up. After a brief exchange he informed me that the unit I ordered did show in stock, but they were both DOA units. Did that stop Sy from providing excellent customer service? NOPE! He immediately and unprompted started to search for and list other options for me. I was able to take these back to my customer and we agreed on a solution. Once again, I called in to the number and The Me-SY-ah answers the phone! Two to three minutes later, boom I am updating my client with good news! Very satisfied with this process and customer service!
