Fast, friendly, and reliable service! I had ordered a reconditioned printer, but the warranty for a refurbished one. My mistake from the beginning. I was called within 24 hours and offered two choices. Sy was great and explained everything in detail and made a better choice in the end because of it. CopyFaxes just made all the difference … CopyFaxes just made all the difference by smoothing over a glitch in shipping. We ordered an older but sturdy refurbished color laser printer, but they shipped a slightly different model by accident (both look the same actually, an easy mistake to make.) Rather than sending me through the hassle of re-packaging and shipping it back, they went ahead and without my asking, generously are letting us keep the first one AND shipping the other one to us as well. This is a good way to turn around a situation and develop a loyal customer, so i am impressed and appreciative. Our little nonprofit will put the gift to good use. Go team go!!

Great Product, Incredible Customer Service The printer is just what we wanted, but the customer service is just incredible. Not your standard internet sale, but working with real people who know what they are talking about and have the customer in mind. We will use them for all of our printer purchases in the future. Best customer experience ever. Seriously. BEST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER. I gotta tell ya, in a day and age when customer care is a lost art, working with Sy was fantastic. He had a stellar attitude, he was friendly, knowledgable, and just a real pleasure to work with. My copier was a great price, packaged professionally, shipped fast, and it worked like a champ.
