Customer Service The printer in our office ended up failing after many years of use. Turned to these guys when looking around for the same model but knew it would be refurbished. The first one had some misfortune during shipping and was having complications printing. Contacted them, let them know what it was doing and they sent another one to replace it. The second one had better luck making its way to us and has worked outstandingly so far. They even took the unfortunate one back. Would recommend this company to anyone.
