GBDK-20 Resolution We have been having problems with our DK-20 for a few years and our operations department couldn't figure it out. I contacted Mr. Knight and even though the video upload requirements kept us at bay, we were able to get it taken care of by resetting the board. Words cannot explain the appreciation that we have for his patience in this matter!

GBCustomer Service - Sublimation Product Knowledge We received prompt, professional and courteous response to our inquiry. Complete information was provided via email with multiple solution options. We were able to address our issues and effect an immediate remedy. We were back into production within 30 minutes. Initially, we inquired with one of our sublimation suppliers but they were unable to help beyond what we already tried. Geo Knight was able to pinpoint the issue right away and offer a fix just as quickly.

GBGreat Equipment, Better Support!! My GeoKnight equipment has been battle tested for years, I've had two issues, one with my DK20 and most recently with my DK3. Both instances, equipment was out of warranty, The website is very helpful in solving any issues, but the personal customer support from Aaron and the team have been nothing short of outstanding!! Always prompt, courteous, sensible knowledge and guidance. To top it off, it amazes me how this equipment is designed and built! Very user friendly and serviceable!! Knowing my equipment is aging, I've entertained and even researched some other manufacturers. After this last episode, I (P&R Photos LLC) will never own anything other than GeoKnight!! Period!

GBcustomer service relations is phenomenal … customer service relations is phenomenal and very much appreciated. I have had 2 small concerns with my DK20S and both times i received communications back within a few hours. Both time they offered and stated they would take care of the issue at no cost to me. Quality customer service is hard to find sometimes. But not here. very satisfied. I will no shop anyplace else for my heat press needs.

Aaron, himself, has taken the time on several occasions, to give me tech support, like I was family. That means a LOT to a small business...I assure you! I don't make many absolute statements, but I have been and will continue to be a user and purchased of his product line. The simplicity and quality of our DK20 Auto release is superb... second ONLY to the quality of customer care offered by Aaron and his crew at Geo. Knight
