We were able to address our issues and effect an immediate remedy. We were back into production within 30 minutes. Initially, we inquired with one of our sublimation suppliers but they were unable to help beyond what we already tried. Geo Knight was able to pinpoint the issue right away and offer a fix just as quickly.

GBDK-20 Resolution We have been having problems with our DK-20 for a few years and our operations department couldn't figure it out. I contacted Mr. Knight and even though the video upload requirements kept us at bay, we were able to get it taken care of by resetting the board. GBBest Customer Service and Heat Presses! Our Geo Knight went out last week and Aaron was incredibly helpful to tell us how to fix it and what parts to order to get us up and going quickly! It was a very inexpensive and easy repair! We had purchased a Stahl's so we could keep working until our parts came in. It wasn't heating to the correct temperature and we waited for 3 days and never heard back from their customer service! We made the decision to just order a 2nd Geo Knight this weekend so we always have 2 dependable presses with amazing customer service!!! Thank you so much again Aaron!!!!
