GBBest Customer Service and Heat Presses! Our Geo Knight went out last week and Aaron was incredibly helpful to tell us how to fix it and what parts to order to get us up and going quickly! It was a very inexpensive and easy repair! We had purchased a Stahl's so we could keep working until our parts came in. It wasn't heating to the correct temperature and we waited for 3 days and never heard back from their customer service! We made the decision to just order a 2nd Geo Knight this weekend so we always have 2 dependable presses with amazing customer service!!! Thank you so much again Aaron!!!!

GBA decade of great experiences We have owned our DK16 press for nearly ten years and the very few times we've needed assistance with it, the customer support at Geo Knight has been very quick to respond with the exact solution we need. They understand their equipment so well that they can walk you through anything that comes up with patience and accuracy. HIGHLY recommend Geo Knight Co.

GBGreat Equipment, Better Support!! My GeoKnight equipment has been battle tested for years, I've had two issues, one with my DK20 and most recently with my DK3. Both instances, equipment was out of warranty, The website is very helpful in solving any issues, but the personal customer support from Aaron and the team have been nothing short of outstanding!! Always prompt, courteous, sensible knowledge and guidance. To top it off, it amazes me how this equipment is designed and built! Very user friendly and serviceable!! Knowing my equipment is aging, I've entertained and even researched some other manufacturers. After this last episode, I (P&R Photos LLC) will never own anything other than GeoKnight!! Period!

GBGreat company and customer service The customer service provided by Aaron is always top tier. If I have a question they always have the answer and they stand behind their products. If they find an issue with one of their machines they fix it. The DK20 bolts needed to be replaced and they did it two times no charge. Making the machine even stronger than before. Great company that takes care of their customers.

GBCompare and Believe! Customer service is missing with so many companies, but not with this one! I have been treated so well by this company. I am so happy to see that the Geo Knight Company is reintroducing great customer service to all industries. If you have problem, call customer service and be prepared to be treated respectfully a fairly. Other heat presses may be be prettier, and I am hoping that those that do not own a GK Heat Press are happy with their pretty problem. Before you buy anything else please believe me and, compare compare compare!
