USBeen using Geo Knight presses for 4 years Our company is currently using 4 Geo Knight heat presses and I have been working in the sublimation department for 3 years now. I am constantly impressed with the quality of work that comes off the press. There are times when we have many items to get thru with little to know downtime thanks to the dependability of the presses. The dual maxipress is my favorite, it is very easy to use and saves us time being able to rotate product thru the process due to the 2 tables. In running the department, many of my employees are equally impressed with the ease of use, short time it takes to use the press and the vibrancy of the colors that are produced.

USWe are absolutely impressed with this company, their products and support. We are absolutely impressed with this company and their heat presses as well as support from them. We currently have 4 of their presses 2 - Maxipresses, a K20SP Swinger and a 294 Swinger. They are tanks and perform exceptionally. Just as an example, from October 1 to January 1 we have run 12,780 prints through these without so much as a hiccup and we have had these for years!

Aaron, himself, has taken the time on several occasions, to give me tech support, like I was family. That means a LOT to a small business...I assure you! I don't make many absolute statements, but I have been and will continue to be a user and purchased of his product line. UScustomer service relations is phenomenal … customer service relations is phenomenal and very much appreciated. I have had 2 small concerns with my DK20S and both times i received communications back within a few hours. Both time they offered and stated they would take care of the issue at no cost to me. Quality customer service is hard to find sometimes. But not here. very satisfied. I will no shop anyplace else for my heat press needs.

USCustomer Service - Sublimation Product Knowledge We received prompt, professional and courteous response to our inquiry. Complete information was provided via email with multiple solution options. We were able to address our issues and effect an immediate remedy. We were back into production within 30 minutes. Initially, we inquired with one of our sublimation suppliers but they were unable to help beyond what we already tried. Geo Knight was able to pinpoint the issue right away and offer a fix just as quickly.
