GBCustomer Service - Sublimation Product Knowledge We received prompt, professional and courteous response to our inquiry. Complete information was provided via email with multiple solution options. We were able to address our issues and effect an immediate remedy. We were back into production within 30 minutes. Initially, we inquired with one of our sublimation suppliers but they were unable to help beyond what we already tried. Geo Knight was able to pinpoint the issue right away and offer a fix just as quickly.

GBBeen using Geo Knight presses for 4 years Our company is currently using 4 Geo Knight heat presses and I have been working in the sublimation department for 3 years now. I am constantly impressed with the quality of work that comes off the press. There are times when we have many items to get thru with little to know downtime thanks to the dependability of the presses. The dual maxipress is my favorite, it is very easy to use and saves us time being able to rotate product thru the process due to the 2 tables. In running the department, many of my employees are equally impressed with the ease of use, short time it takes to use the press and the vibrancy of the colors that are produced.

GBExcellent customer service Excellent customer service. We called with a question, they sent out some parts, free of charge. Our problem was solved and we are grateful to be a part of the GEO KNIGHT family!! :) We have two heat presses currently and will only purchase from Geo Knight Co in the future. Go Team GEO KNIGHT!!!

GBBest Customer Service and Heat Presses! Our Geo Knight went out last week and Aaron was incredibly helpful to tell us how to fix it and what parts to order to get us up and going quickly! It was a very inexpensive and easy repair! We had purchased a Stahl's so we could keep working until our parts came in. It wasn't heating to the correct temperature and we waited for 3 days and never heard back from their customer service! We made the decision to just order a 2nd Geo Knight this weekend so we always have 2 dependable presses with amazing customer service!!! Thank you so much again Aaron!!!!
