Perfect Customer Service Every time I need some help or guidance, I send an email and, literary, in less than an hour (last time I think was a whole 5 minutes! of waiting) Aaron or any other support member, I receive a perfect answer. He gave me the product code and the web address, I ordered the product and received next day, in the morning, without paying rush!!! We got 7 presses from them and 0% regrets. The machines are awesome

New to heat press and Geo Knight is so helpful! I'm very new to the heat press world and it seems like I have questions at every turn. Luckily the people at Geo Knight, Aaron specifically, have been extremely helpful. He wastes no time getting back with troubleshooting tips and ideas and has helped me solve all of my heat pressing issues so far. He is also considerate and encouraging. It's nice to know what good customer service feels like. It is SO appreciated. Thank you!

Great Equipment, Better Support!! My GeoKnight equipment has been battle tested for years, I've had two issues, one with my DK20 and most recently with my DK3. Both instances, equipment was out of warranty, The website is very helpful in solving any issues, but the personal customer support from Aaron and the team have been nothing short of outstanding!! Always prompt, courteous, sensible knowledge and guidance. To top it off, it amazes me how this equipment is designed and built! Very user friendly and serviceable!! Knowing my equipment is aging, I've entertained and even researched some other manufacturers. After this last episode, I (P&R Photos LLC) will never own anything other than GeoKnight!! Period!

Compare and Believe! Customer service is missing with so many companies, but not with this one! I have been treated so well by this company. I am so happy to see that the Geo Knight Company is reintroducing great customer service to all industries. If you have problem, call customer service and be prepared to be treated respectfully a fairly. Other heat presses may be be prettier, and I am hoping that those that do not own a GK Heat Press are happy with their pretty problem. Before you buy anything else please believe me and, compare compare compare!

Customer Service - Sublimation Product Knowledge We received prompt, professional and courteous response to our inquiry. Complete information was provided via email with multiple solution options. We were able to address our issues and effect an immediate remedy. We were back into production within 30 minutes. Initially, we inquired with one of our sublimation suppliers but they were unable to help beyond what we already tried. Geo Knight was able to pinpoint the issue right away and offer a fix just as quickly.
