USPerfect Customer Service Every time I need some help or guidance, I send an email and, literary, in less than an hour (last time I think was a whole 5 minutes! of waiting) Aaron or any other support member, I receive a perfect answer. He gave me the product code and the web address, I ordered the product and received next day, in the morning, without paying rush!!! We got 7 presses from them and 0% regrets. The machines are awesome

USAbsolutely amazing customer service Absolutely amazing customer service. Had my large format press break unexpectedly. The part is a large piece of cast metal that is 100% needed to use the press and one that doesn't usually break so it's not available on their regular parts site. Aaron was able to get the part shipped out in a day via next day air. I was expecting a huge bill for this unusual piece but it was only $140 on a $14K press! I will be buying all of my presses from GeoKnight from here on.

USBest Customer Service and Heat Presses! Our Geo Knight went out last week and Aaron was incredibly helpful to tell us how to fix it and what parts to order to get us up and going quickly! It was a very inexpensive and easy repair! We had purchased a Stahl's so we could keep working until our parts came in. It wasn't heating to the correct temperature and we waited for 3 days and never heard back from their customer service! We made the decision to just order a 2nd Geo Knight this weekend so we always have 2 dependable presses with amazing customer service!!! Thank you so much again Aaron!!!!

USGreat Equipment, Better Support!! My GeoKnight equipment has been battle tested for years, I've had two issues, one with my DK20 and most recently with my DK3. Both instances, equipment was out of warranty, The website is very helpful in solving any issues, but the personal customer support from Aaron and the team have been nothing short of outstanding!! Always prompt, courteous, sensible knowledge and guidance. To top it off, it amazes me how this equipment is designed and built! Very user friendly and serviceable!! Knowing my equipment is aging, I've entertained and even researched some other manufacturers. After this last episode, I (P&R Photos LLC) will never own anything other than GeoKnight!! Period!
