Customer Service - Sublimation Product Knowledge We received prompt, professional and courteous response to our inquiry. Complete information was provided via email with multiple solution options. We were able to address our issues and effect an immediate remedy. We were back into production within 30 minutes. Initially, we inquired with one of our sublimation suppliers but they were unable to help beyond what we already tried. Geo Knight was able to pinpoint the issue right away and offer a fix just as quickly.

Quick friendly excellent service! One of our heat presses was overheating. I called their customer service for some help. Suzanne was very friendly and quickly emailed a troubleshooting guide to me that was specific to our problem. The first solution on their guide solved our problem (loose temp sensor wire) and we were back up and running within 5 minutes. Truly stellar experience!

Perfect Customer Service Every time I need some help or guidance, I send an email and, literary, in less than an hour (last time I think was a whole 5 minutes! of waiting) Aaron or any other support member, I receive a perfect answer.
