USCompare and Believe! Customer service is missing with so many companies, but not with this one! I have been treated so well by this company. I am so happy to see that the Geo Knight Company is reintroducing great customer service to all industries. If you have problem, call customer service and be prepared to be treated respectfully a fairly. Other heat presses may be be prettier, and I am hoping that those that do not own a GK Heat Press are happy with their pretty problem. Before you buy anything else please believe me and, compare compare compare!

USQuick friendly excellent service! One of our heat presses was overheating. I called their customer service for some help. Suzanne was very friendly and quickly emailed a troubleshooting guide to me that was specific to our problem. The first solution on their guide solved our problem (loose temp sensor wire) and we were back up and running within 5 minutes. Truly stellar experience!

USDK-20 Resolution We have been having problems with our DK-20 for a few years and our operations department couldn't figure it out. I contacted Mr. Knight and even though the video upload requirements kept us at bay, we were able to get it taken care of by resetting the board. Words cannot explain the appreciation that we have for his patience in this matter!
