GBLuke is awesome! A week ago Luke helped us troubleshoot our Ricoh 1000 and found the CTL board needed a new carriage replacement. He helped us remove the old CTL Board viturally and carriage. A week later he helped us also install both and was very professional and very nice and helpful with the whole process of installing. He customer service skills was excellent. We really appreciate his help on this and hope he does get rewarded for how awesome he is!

GBThorough Carriage Unit Swap James was very helpful throughout the entire carriage unit install. There are so many steps that I couldn't have done it alone. He gave extra insight throughout the process so I understood what I was doing and why some steps needed to be taken with more precaution than others. We were able to get it installed in under the allotted timeframe!

I have always had amazing help through Ricoh Tech Services and most recently I was lucky enough to have a Tech named Isis Cornejo. Isis took her time on a video call to figure out the problem and fixed it! I can't express my gratitude to Isis enough for going above and beyond to help me get back up running. Isis along with all the Techs at Ricoh are highly trained in every aspect of the function of our DTG printers. Thank you Isis for all your hard work!

GBTechnical support was a waste of time! Jason Lee with technical support was not helpful AT ALL! The least technical support can do is provide as much information on the issues with their product as possible. We, as the owners of these printers, have to invest time and money to replace and repair parts and issues with the printer, so learning as much as possible about each situation is paramount to ensure better results in the future. That guy was condescending and had no idea how to address my questions and concerns. He tried to rush me off the phone call as soon as I held him accountable to the information he gave me. It clearly annoyed him that I’d ask him why the solution he gave would remedy the issue with maintenance draining all the ink from my cartridges abnormally fast. Customer service is severely lacking, especially with Jason Lee!
