STELLAR customer support STELLAR customer support! I've ordered CIS (Continuous Ink Systems) from Inkproducts for about 13 years now on four different printers, and have saved oodles of moola! While the systems can be finicky, the customer support is truly that: support. Best for DIYers. My little school could not have afforded printing without them.

Inkproducts.com never disappoints! Just thought I would right a review on Inkproducts.com, I used this company years ago, when I had another printer. I just reordered from them again! I now have a new printer and the gal on the phone made sure all my questions were answered and gave me the confidence to tackle a new printer and compatible refill kit. DO NOT HESITATE to buy from this company...... you will be so glad you did!!! They have been in business for over 20+ years!!

Great Service Continues I continue to be impressed by Inkproducts.com's service. I bought a CIS, a chip resetter, and a bunch of ink from them. EVERY TIME I have had a question, Tom has patiently offered expert advice that has been spot on. My experience has been 100% positive with inkproducts.com and I recommend them highly. Faulty product, DO NOT BUY I spent $300 with them before giving up and going to a different supplier with products that actually worked. I was never able to determine if it was the cartridges they supplied or low ink quality. Support just kept stringing me along always blaming the printer. In addition to the $300 I spent on them they had me buy two printheads, claiming that was the problem, another $160. Worst online company I ever purchased from. Avoid these crooks.
