GBAMAZING PRODUCT WITH CONSTANT INNOVATIONS Tom, I have been a customer of your products for over 4 years now, and figure I've saved $1K at least by employing them to my printers over that time. I especially love the new chip resetter for the Canon 270/271 OEM cartridges and the accompanying kit to perform the refills...works like a dream, and print quality is perfect. I have to thank you for all the hard work you and your crew do to keep up with all the new printers coming out, it's fantastic how you continually develop products to meet those demands. GBSTELLAR customer support STELLAR customer support! I've ordered CIS (Continuous Ink Systems) from Inkproducts for about 13 years now on four different printers, and have saved oodles of moola! While the systems can be finicky, the customer support is truly that: support. Best for DIYers. My little school could not have afforded printing without them.

GBGreat service - 4 years after the sale! I have a 4 year old Canon Maxify MB5320, and it stopped working with "Support Code 5105" - something about not recognizing the ink cartridges. I tried a few fixes without any luck, then called InkProducts and talked with Tom. He walked me through purging the cartridges in their Continuous Ink Supply system - which was key to bringing the printer back to life. Accurate advice, clearly laid out - both patiently and courteously. What more could you ask?

GBExceptional, knowledgeable and helpful I am making regular ink orders in InkProducts for the last 2 years - everything: the product and the response is excellent. And, in the meantime, besides refilling ink cartridges, I had some technical issues with my printer. While Canon technical support was not able to help me, every time I reached InkProduct for help and every time not only they remotely helped me to fix it - they guided me step by step through the process, patiently and with very practical advice. GBGo someplace else! “BUYER BEWARE!!! inkproducts.com is a poor excuse for a business. I called on the phone to talk with them and bought my printer based on their recommendations for the most compatible printer with the continuous ink system. I had nothing but problems with this system. Poor print quality, product failure, did not work as described, incomplete information and excuses as to why this was my fault. I received no response from inkproducts.com after I voiced my displeasure. buy at your own risk!”
