USSatisfied user. I have used their products for a couple years. I currently own 2 Brother printers, J480Dw and J985Dw. They both have inlproducts kits in them. I have a small business and print a lot of paper. Description sheets, invoices, manuals, etc. The items in my Brother printers have worked flawlessly, and when I have received error messages I have received prompt assistance either through email or phone. When I order it comes in a reasonable amount of time. This isn't a perfect world and sometimes the seller gets blamed for shipping problems beyond his control. I did use their product with a HP 8600 and eventually, before the ink was gone had problems with the printheads leaking continually. I read his review on Brother printers and at this point I am very satisfied. I have tried many of the others, Epson, HP, Canon,Lexmark,etc. and found problem areas. Either ink or printheads. So far, the Brothers just work. I recommend them to any of my friends when they express frustration over printing costs. Now the biggest expense is paper. Not sure where all the negative reviews come from. I've only had experience with inkproducts that have been very satisfactory.

USThe best customer support I have experienced! I had just installed an ink refill system on my Epson printer. After a while it refused to recognize the cartridges. I called Tom at inkproducts.com for any help I could get. I was guided through significant diagnosis and all the checks verified that the chip on the Epson was the source of the problem. My only realistic hope was to get a printer recommendation from Tom. Not only did I get a recommendation but he came up with a VERY fair solution for equipping my new printer with a great system to refill ink. He went WAY beyond my expectations. It is refreshing to find a person who not only supports his products but the customers who use them!

USAMAZING PRODUCT WITH CONSTANT INNOVATIONS Tom, I have been a customer of your products for over 4 years now, and figure I've saved $1K at least by employing them to my printers over that time. I especially love the new chip resetter for the Canon 270/271 OEM cartridges and the accompanying kit to perform the refills...works like a dream, and print quality is perfect. I have to thank you for all the hard work you and your crew do to keep up with all the new printers coming out, it's fantastic how you continually develop products to meet those demands. If there was a Hall Of Fame for ink products YOU should be inducted... your products are top notch, and your customer service and advice always hit the mark. Great job! You're a true treasure! Mark

USSuper duper excellent products and service! For two years now I've used Inkproducts refillable cartridges and dye base ink in my Epson Workhorse WF-3520. I have saved SO much money over purchasing manufacturer or second-market ink cartridges. Pennies on the dollar! And Inkproducts answers their phone live if you have any questions! They'll even help you pick a printer when you are shopping for one of those because they know and have used and tested every last one of them! How can I recommend them highly enough?
