Great service - 4 years after the sale! I have a 4 year old Canon Maxify MB5320, and it stopped working with "Support Code 5105" - something about not recognizing the ink cartridges. I tried a few fixes without any luck, then called InkProducts and talked with Tom. He walked me through purging the cartridges in their Continuous Ink Supply system - which was key to bringing the printer back to life. Accurate advice, clearly laid out - both patiently and courteously. What more could you ask?
