Usually works... Usually. I've had some great experiences with ASAPInkjets and have used them for years now. Cartridges are cheap, and typically have a great print life and quality. The particular cartridge I use has recently changed manufacturers, apparently, and the new cartridges have been problematic. Give them a test run and see what you think. Even getting a dud 10% of the time I've still saved enough money to justify it.

I have bought a lot of cartridges from … I have bought a lot of cartridges from ASAP Inkjets over several years--mostly manufactured ones, but some original ones I purchased when I have had some problems with some of their own cartridges. It seems strange that when I have a problem, I often find that the next ones I order may have 'these have updated chips' or something similar. Usually, I just eat the cost of the cartridge that failed---because it does not seem easy to get refunds for cartridges. However, lately, I actually made a refund request for 2 cartridges using the online screens--but never got a reply. After talking with the person I often order cartridges from, he helped me get a refund, but it was very awkward and took several weeks--longer than the weeks I waited for the original reply. Much improvement needed here!!!
