When I find it necessary to insert the new cartridges, I will get back to you then as to the quality of the cartridges received.

Usually works... Usually. I've had some great experiences with ASAPInkjets and have used them for years now. Cartridges are cheap, and typically have a great print life and quality. The particular cartridge I use has recently changed manufacturers, apparently, and the new cartridges have been problematic. Give them a test run and see what you think. Even getting a dud 10% of the time I've still saved enough money to justify it.

It seems strange that when I have a problem, I often find that the next ones I order may have 'these have updated chips' or something similar. Usually, I just eat the cost of the cartridge that failed---because it does not seem easy to get refunds for cartridges. However, lately, I actually made a refund request for 2 cartridges using the online screens--but never got a reply. After talking with the person I often order cartridges from, he helped me get a refund, but it was very awkward and took several weeks--longer than the weeks I waited for the original reply. Much improvement needed here!!!
