The quality is always top notch. So whether it's Black Friday or the "AK! I just ran out of ink and it's almost an emergency" situation, I can always count on these guys.

GBI bought a cartridge refill for my HP … I bought a cartridge refill for my HP Printer one time before and it worked fine, so this time I ordered a three pack and unfortunately none of them worked properly, I don't know how to contact them directly.

The products live up to expectations, the prices are most friendly, and the customer service -- whether on a technical matter or on an order -- has been superb. I have a bias... I would far rather simply ignore an unsatisfactory shopping experience and not return but when presented with good service, good products and good prices I'm more than ready to share.
