GBSatisfied customer for many years I have been a satisfied customer of ASAPinkjets for many years, and have every intention of remaining so. The products live up to expectations, the prices are most friendly, and the customer service -- whether on a technical matter or on an order -- has been superb. I have a bias... I would far rather simply ignore an unsatisfactory shopping experience and not return but when presented with good service, good products and good prices I'm more than ready to share.

GBASAP is helpful and honest ASAP is helpful and honest. When I needed to replace a defective cartridge, they did so quickly and efficiently. Thanks! Update 7/21/2017: When my printer quit printing and I had to call Epson for help, Epson instructed that I stop using refill ink cartridges immediately or risk losing the warranty. Once I switched to OEM parts, the printing problem was resolved. ASAP refunded my purchase fully. I appreciate their efforts very much on my behalf. I will always purchase from ASAP.

GBNot happy right now Not happy right now. Still haven't received RMA for wrong ink accidently ordered. Tried to use the return process and haven't had any luck getting a response. Can't use what I have. Still trying.

GBUsually works... Usually. I've had some great experiences with ASAPInkjets and have used them for years now. Cartridges are cheap, and typically have a great print life and quality. The particular cartridge I use has recently changed manufacturers, apparently, and the new cartridges have been problematic. Give them a test run and see what you think. Even getting a dud 10% of the time I've still saved enough money to justify it.

GBI have bought a lot of cartridges from … I have bought a lot of cartridges from ASAP Inkjets over several years--mostly manufactured ones, but some original ones I purchased when I have had some problems with some of their own cartridges. It seems strange that when I have a problem, I often find that the next ones I order may have 'these have updated chips' or something similar. Usually, I just eat the cost of the cartridge that failed---because it does not seem easy to get refunds for cartridges. However, lately, I actually made a refund request for 2 cartridges using the online screens--but never got a reply. After talking with the person I often order cartridges from, he helped me get a refund, but it was very awkward and took several weeks--longer than the weeks I waited for the original reply. Much improvement needed here!!!
