USI received my order in a timely manner I received my order in a timely manner. Thank you. However, the cartridges that I ordered last time did not work so at this time I am simply commenting on the delivery. When I find it necessary to insert the new cartridges, I will get back to you then as to the quality of the cartridges received.

USGood product & great price...thanks! Have used their inkjet product for years and am a very satisfied customer. Be sure to read instructions on ink packet if your HP printer considers the ink cartridge a 'foreign' product. Good product at a money saving price!

USASAP is helpful and honest ASAP is helpful and honest. When I needed to replace a defective cartridge, they did so quickly and efficiently. Thanks! Update 7/21/2017: When my printer quit printing and I had to call Epson for help, Epson instructed that I stop using refill ink cartridges immediately or risk losing the warranty. Once I switched to OEM parts, the printing problem was resolved. ASAP refunded my purchase fully. I appreciate their efforts very much on my behalf. I will always purchase from ASAP.

USReceived order of ink in timely manner BUT Received order of ink in timely manner. Shipping tracking did not work. One of the inks leaked and one isn't recognized by the printer. Do not know what ASAP will do for me as this review came before they responded haven't tried the rest of the cartridges yet. We will see.....
