Used to buy my perfumes from Macy's but these guys are far better in terms of product availability and prices. Packaging was good and the products arrived within few days of placing the order. Bought about 10 different perfumes in a matter of couple of months. The special offers are great and I even got a small MediBlanc toothpaste as a complementary product. That's always nice. I will highly recommend Notino for all your perfume/fragrance needs.

Time wasted SEVERAL times. No mgr! Called several times again while waiting on hold for hours and guess what? *rep* (don't want to mention name seems decent) again stated "im sorry I don't know what's going on I see here you've phoned in to speak with a manager several times I'm not sure why they hadn't called you back, sometimes our system cannot keep up with what is going on and we lose information." Seriously? Expect a call from my CC company.

prices have gone up prices have gone up, so it's not making sense to buy there anymore.. also, they never send any samples with any purchases. Also, niche perfume selection is getting quite limited too now.

Worst Customer Service ever Worst Customer Service ever! My package is lost, spend 110.00 $ and all they give me is a run around and false promises. UPS closed the investigation and I was told they have to send me a replacement or refund my money. But Notino tells me it was disputed by UPS. Which was a lie, because I called UPS right away. So now I didn't receive my product nor my refund. I will definitely talk to my lawyer and contact my bank. This is not how you treat your customers.

Shady pricing tactics Notino raises prices right before a promotional period (with code) and as soon as it ends they reduce prices. Those are shady sales tactics and for the customer defeats the purpose of the promotional offers. Also, customer service isn't that great.
