Shady Business I ordered an inexpensive bottle of Cologne and received it no problems. But the next day I ordered 2 bottles of parfums de marly brand Colognes, which are obviously much more expensive, and got an email saying my order had been placed on hold due to possible fraudulent activities. Now this was on black Friday so I got a discount code which shaved a lot off the price and was supposed to be a gift for Christmas but after I called there costumer service number, I was told that it had been completely blocked and that I was gonna get my money refunded. It actually feels like the only possible fraudulent activity thats going on is by notino. I honestly think I'd rather pay more for a guaranteed product then go through that again. I can't trust that.

Extremely pleased. Extremely pleased. The products were genuine and arrived as advertised. Used to buy my perfumes from Macy's but these guys are far better in terms of product availability and prices. Packaging was good and the products arrived within few days of placing the order. Bought about 10 different perfumes in a matter of couple of months. The special offers are great and I even got a small MediBlanc toothpaste as a complementary product. That's always nice. I will highly recommend Notino for all your perfume/fragrance needs.

I never received the package I never received the package. I order about $60 worth of products and the package was never delivered. Granted it was UPS that was at fault, but the customer service at NOTINO did not resend the package nor reached out to help proactively. Needless to say, I will not be shopping from NOTINO. Update: After writing this email, Notino wrote back saying that they were surprised by this. Well, I have called the number they left on the review to hear what they had to say. However, I was not able to reach the person that wrote back (which is strange since the call back number was a general customer service line). They said they were going to call me back but haven't. I'm not holding my breath.

the speed in which the perfume was … the speed in which the perfume was delivered was reasonable however this does not appear to be the real laura perfume. i've been wearing it for at least 10 years and this is definitely not the same.
