USShady Business I ordered an inexpensive bottle of Cologne and received it no problems. But the next day I ordered 2 bottles of parfums de marly brand Colognes, which are obviously much more expensive, and got an email saying my order had been placed on hold due to possible fraudulent activities. Now this was on black Friday so I got a discount code which shaved a lot off the price and was supposed to be a gift for Christmas but after I called there costumer service number, I was told that it had been completely blocked and that I was gonna get my money refunded. It actually feels like the only possible fraudulent activity thats going on is by notino. I honestly think I'd rather pay more for a guaranteed product then go through that again. I can't trust that.

USTime wasted SEVERAL times. No mgr! Called several times again while waiting on hold for hours and guess what? *rep* (don't want to mention name seems decent) again stated "im sorry I don't know what's going on I see here you've phoned in to speak with a manager several times I'm not sure why they hadn't called you back, sometimes our system cannot keep up with what is going on and we lose information." Seriously? Expect a call from my CC company.

USWorst Customer Service ever Worst Customer Service ever! My package is lost, spend 110.00 $ and all they give me is a run around and false promises. UPS closed the investigation and I was told they have to send me a replacement or refund my money. But Notino tells me it was disputed by UPS. Which was a lie, because I called UPS right away. So now I didn't receive my product nor my refund. I will definitely talk to my lawyer and contact my bank. This is not how you treat your customers.

USWorst Company Ever This is the worst company that I have ever dealt with online. My transaction was denied as a possible fraudulent transaction 2 times. I called each time and spoke with customer service - which was totally not helpful. I would never order from Notino again and will tell everyone that I know not to order from this company.

USI have ordered product twice from … I have ordered product twice from Notino but I don't think I will in the future. Their shipping is extremely slow (2-3 weeks). They sent emails on both occasions stating my order was ready to ship but was not actually shipped for another 7-10 days. If you call their customer service expect to be on hold for at least an hour.
