GBthe speed in which the perfume was … the speed in which the perfume was delivered was reasonable however this does not appear to be the real laura perfume. i've been wearing it for at least 10 years and this is definitely not the same.

GBGreat deals and wide selection of designer and niche fragrances. I’ve been purchasing fragrances from Notino for over 5 months, and have spent $2500+. I’m very happy with the quality of their products, and their prices are better or comparable, typically better, to other sites. I’ve watched several different fragrance reviewers on YouTube, and they have recommended Notino. Their time to ship, and the actual shipping time are also very fast. Many times I can place an order at the beginning of the week, and the order will arrive by the weekend (from New Jersey to Texas). Some of the brands I’ve purchased include Tom Ford, Creed, Francis Kurkdjan, Parfums de Marly, and Amouage. Their clearance fragrances are incredible deals, often 40-70% less than retail. Awesome site I will continue to shop at.

GBprices have gone up prices have gone up, so it's not making sense to buy there anymore.. also, they never send any samples with any purchases. Also, niche perfume selection is getting quite limited too now.

GBCustomer Service was terrible Customer Service was terrible. I bought an item and returned it unopened for a refund to Notino. I was notified that I would have a response un roughly 2 weeks. After waiting over a month, I called and my refund had not been processed. Customer Service said they would look into the matter and 3-4 days later I got my refund credited after 2 months. Talked with a supervisor who was going to credit me $10 for my inconvenience in an email. After a week, nothing. I called back and they had no knowledge of this. They then issued me a 5% off credit, WHICH expired. Inexcusable service.

GBI never received the package I never received the package. I order about $60 worth of products and the package was never delivered. Granted it was UPS that was at fault, but the customer service at NOTINO did not resend the package nor reached out to help proactively. Needless to say, I will not be shopping from NOTINO. Update: After writing this email, Notino wrote back saying that they were surprised by this. Well, I have called the number they left on the review to hear what they had to say. However, I was not able to reach the person that wrote back (which is strange since the call back number was a general customer service line). They said they were going to call me back but haven't. I'm not holding my breath.
