Shady Business I ordered an inexpensive bottle of Cologne and received it no problems. But the next day I ordered 2 bottles of parfums de marly brand Colognes, which are obviously much more expensive, and got an email saying my order had been placed on hold due to possible fraudulent activities. Now this was on black Friday so I got a discount code which shaved a lot off the price and was supposed to be a gift for Christmas but after I called there costumer service number, I was told that it had been completely blocked and that I was gonna get my money refunded. It actually feels like the only possible fraudulent activity thats going on is by notino. I honestly think I'd rather pay more for a guaranteed product then go through that again. I can't trust that.

Good site but nobody's perfect Good site with mostly good prices and a good selection. Wish shipping charges would be more comparable to other e-tailers. No more free shipping is offered regardless of purchase amount and even before, the threshold for free shipping was high. I've been shopping here less often as a result of these added charges. However, packaging and shipping always good and fast.

I have ordered product twice from … I have ordered product twice from Notino but I don't think I will in the future. Their shipping is extremely slow (2-3 weeks). They sent emails on both occasions stating my order was ready to ship but was not actually shipped for another 7-10 days. If you call their customer service expect to be on hold for at least an hour.

prices have gone up prices have gone up, so it's not making sense to buy there anymore.. also, they never send any samples with any purchases. Also, niche perfume selection is getting quite limited too now.
