Effective naturally derived products, a bit pricey but well worth it if you can get the items in the Christmas countdown daily deals.

Terrible and Nasty customer service It was my first time placing an online order with Fresh. They had a promo code that lowered the pricing which was a good deal since I was placing an order for a few things. Their shipping is a complete joke. I received an email the night before for a delayed shipping date. It was shipping next week. When I received out to customer service, no apologies nor sincere efforts to resolve the issue. It was a generic response of they had "no control over the shipping delay or transit. And thank you for your understanding." This will be my last order with them. Hopefully, I receive the ordered products after seeing how many reviews haven't received their orders.

Worst online experience I made an order 1 months ago, and i received it but 1 item was missing. (60$) I tried to contact the customer service by email and by Instagram. But I had an horrible expérience, the worst customer service ever !!! I’m still waiting for a refund. But no response. Don’t order on this web site.
