GBNo issues - lovely products Surprised to see the bad reviews but I didn’t have to use customer service at all throughout my order process as didn’t have any issues. I ordered a gift for my sister, all items arrived quickly, were as described and well packaged. Came beautifully gift boxed with a gift note as requested. My sister is really happy with all of the products and her skin has improved and is looking really clear and glowy!

I purchased some face cream from Fresh that came with an offer of 4 free sample products when you made a purchase, never got the free products and never got a response from them to say why. Face cream is really poor quality, very cheap and nasty smell dont waste your money, customer service is shocking. I got an email asking me to review my purchase so gave an honest review only to be told that my review didnt meet their standards so wouldnt be published, so another company that misleads customers by only publishing good reviews!!!

USRude and arrogant, bad customer service Fresh is a terrible company. For starters they are still using octinoxate in their SPF products which is known to harm sea life. They are marked as “clean beauty” at Sephora and they shouldn’t be. I let Sephora know as much and also wrote to the company. They completely dismissed my concerns and sent me a statement that rambled on about their product safety. I never said their products weren’t safe for people, I was addressing the environmental concerns. Just their general tone is dismissive and lacking insight. I will not be buying their products anymore.

GBFirst time ever used not impressed… First time ever used not impressed total lack of customer service Unable to contact by phone. Headline offer was free gift set worth £32 on every order over £60 so we increased our basket to £80 told not qualify as used 10%. I then emailed asking to cancel. 1 hour later had email stating dispatched very convenient. My Wife spends on average £100 -200 per month on skin care/make up, so your loss won't use again.
