Highly Disappointed with a Brand that I liked I must say I am so disappointed with the service I have received. The UK Customer Service team was not helpful and it was actually an appalling service. The delay to resolution has meant I could not use my birthday discount. I had insufficient help which had meant me going to my bank for a claim as I made a transaction with no delivery of goods.

First time ever used not impressed… First time ever used not impressed total lack of customer service Unable to contact by phone. Headline offer was free gift set worth £32 on every order over £60 so we increased our basket to £80 told not qualify as used 10%. I then emailed asking to cancel. 1 hour later had email stating dispatched very convenient. My Wife spends on average £100 -200 per month on skin care/make up, so your loss won't use again.

Ordered my products on Dec11,2022 via… Ordered my products on Dec11,2022 via 2day shop runner. Called Fresh customer service and was informed that company was experiencing a delay. Because my order was a gift for my daughter, I told representative to send me a return label. To date, no merchandise, no return label. I did receive my bill from my credit card company.

Zero customer service Really horrible customer service, ordered with shop runner for 2 day delivery before the holidays, it's been over 10 days and no shipping update. Tried calling, emailing, online chat and not able to reach any representative. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! Just go to Sephora or Nordstrom

Straight out Scam. Placed an order, but never received the package. UPS tracking claims the product was damaged during transit and has been returned to sender. I've spent the past 2 weeks trying to get my money back but it can never get a hold of anyone. Emails and messages aren't answered, calls to their customer service always goes to voice mail, which they never responded.
