GBTerrible and Nasty customer service It was my first time placing an online order with Fresh. They had a promo code that lowered the pricing which was a good deal since I was placing an order for a few things. Their shipping is a complete joke. I received an email the night before for a delayed shipping date. It was shipping next week. When I received out to customer service, no apologies nor sincere efforts to resolve the issue. It was a generic response of they had "no control over the shipping delay or transit. And thank you for your understanding." This will be my last order with them. Hopefully, I receive the ordered products after seeing how many reviews haven't received their orders.

DEMy product never arrived My product never arrived. I have been waiting for 5 weeks already. I emailed customer service several times without getting any reply. I will never order with this company again and can only warn others not to lose their time and money by trusting this company.

GBOrdered my products on Dec11,2022 via… Ordered my products on Dec11,2022 via 2day shop runner. Called Fresh customer service and was informed that company was experiencing a delay. Because my order was a gift for my daughter, I told representative to send me a return label. To date, no merchandise, no return label. I did receive my bill from my credit card company.

GBI love fresh I love fresh! I always order the soy cleanser and the rose face cream. I use the cleanser morning and evening and it takes off my makeup with just one use! The rose cream I use as a night moisturiser because it is so thick and creamy. Deliveries always arrive on time and I love the freebies! Will always continue to use

GBStraight out Scam. Placed an order, but never received the package. UPS tracking claims the product was damaged during transit and has been returned to sender. I've spent the past 2 weeks trying to get my money back but it can never get a hold of anyone. Emails and messages aren't answered, calls to their customer service always goes to voice mail, which they never responded.
