USYou have to pay for your own return You have to pay for your own return. I sent a web form minutes after making a purchase to cancel an order. The next day I sent another one pleading them to halt this order so I can be refunded. Customer service was non existent. It took days for me to get a hold of someone over the phone and when I did, the experience was frustrating. I don't think I want to shop at Fresh anymore.

I will never order from their web site again, and will be using different products from other beauty brands.

Because my order was a gift for my daughter, I told representative to send me a return label. To date, no merchandise, no return label. I did receive my bill from my credit card company.

Tried calling, emailing, online chat and not able to reach any representative. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! Just go to Sephora or Nordstrom

Wonderful products too, had a complimentary facial before from fresh in Harrods beauty, my skin was glowing afterwards. Effective naturally derived products, a bit pricey but well worth it if you can get the items in the Christmas countdown daily deals.
