Great Experience I ordered a dress online and it was a flawless experience. My order came quick and the dress was packaged professionally so It didn't have too many wrinkles. Unfortunately, it didn't fit so I brought it back to my nearest Nordstrom and was able to exchange it without any issue at all. Great experience! I'd definitely order again.

Nordstrom can't seem to get their delivery services on track. Nordstrom can't seem to get their delivery services in order. I have a package never delivered by TFORCE and yet Nordstrom took money out of my account and said the package was delivered. I had to fight with Nordstrom for weeks to get them to refund my money and they still show on my account if this package is delivered, contact Nordstrom, it has been weeks, I am not going to receive the package. TFORCE stole the package and Nordstrom blames me. I then decide to have my packages sent to Nordstrom Rack and I would pickup over there. Again my package was delivered to the Rack, but they couldn't find it. I called Nordstrom today to let them know I was not happy with this happening to me again, and Nordstrom just hung up on me!!!!

NOT your mother’s Nordstrom! What the hell Nordstrom! I just received a pair of shoes loosely thrown in a box without a shoebox. This is just one incident in a line of many. They used to take care of how they packaged shipments. It’s just been AWFUL for the past year. Didn’t mind spending a little more for quality brands because the customer service was so superior. Not anymore. Very sad.

UNKINDNESS… I have been having too many problems with paying my bill through the mail and in the store. I have kindly ask for a courteously to extend my payment day. Yet they refuse because everyone wants to fleece the senior citizens. However, I do beleve that all people must be mindful that no matter who we are We all shall reap whatsoever we sow.

Disgusting Placed an order for a bag, got email from Paypal saying transaction had gone through. Had no order confirmation, bag now sold out and I've got to wait for Paypal to release my money. Rude, unhelpful customer service who insist I never placed the order. Never again
