GBDisgusting Placed an order for a bag, got email from Paypal saying transaction had gone through. Had no order confirmation, bag now sold out and I've got to wait for Paypal to release my money. Rude, unhelpful customer service who insist I never placed the order. Never again

USWhat happened to their Customer Service? Nordstrom has been my 'go to store' for many years. But recently, their women's clothing selection is too strange for me. And the clothes that are right for me, I can't afford. I never had this issue before but I believe the buyers have changed and the majority of NON- DESIGNER clothes are just-ugly. Shoes are generally good selection for small sizes but the great customer service in that department and clothing is horrible. Very sad because it was once the best.

USNordstroms online customer services… Nordstroms online customer services stink. Hard to understand on the phone. They are not from the US. After receiving returns, they take over two weeks to credit your card. Nordstroms has gone down hill fast.

USGreat Experience I ordered a dress online and it was a flawless experience. My order came quick and the dress was packaged professionally so It didn't have too many wrinkles. Unfortunately, it didn't fit so I brought it back to my nearest Nordstrom and was able to exchange it without any issue at all. Great experience! I'd definitely order again.

USFRAUD! Unprofessional I received a $100 Nordstrom gift card from one of my students at Christmas, and I was saving it for a purse to buy in the spring- a tradition each Spring Break of mine. When I went to check out online on 3/31/24 on the Nordstrom website, I noticed a $0 balance just after scratching off the access code of my $100 gift card. I called Nordstrom Customer Service and gave them the card information, was told that this card was activated on 12/13/23 and used on 12/17/23- and she confirmed that it was fraud. What made this unfortunate situation so much worse, was that she did nothing to make it right- in her words, "These funds have been used, so there is nothing I can do." Nothing like Target several years ago who issued me a new gift card after confirming that a fraudulent charge was made on my Target gift card. The Nordstrom customer service rep confirmed that this was a fraudulent charge and went ahead to explain to me how the scammers get away with this. I personally think that doing nothing for the customer is irresponsible and unprofessional! Not to mention, I have a hunch that this must be an internal issue based on the numerous Trust Pilot reviews for Nordstrom that are similar. Nordstrom might as well be the new Walmart of department stores and I am no longer interested in being a customer of theirs. Side story- back in December, I ordered my son a pair of Ugg slippers on Nordstrom Rack online. What did I receive? A pair of women's boots- and when I tried to correct this, his size in the mens Ugg slipper was sold out by that point. What a mess this company is!
