ESShocking customer service For some bizarre reason, after I had entered my address, my order was processed on an old address(!), how I don't know, so I immediately requested the address change. Apparently they couldn't do this but I could cancel my order, so I requested the order to be cancelled but apparently I was now too late to cancel it. So my order will be carried away to a different address never to be seen again along with my money and I have no way of stopping it apparently!

GBWhat happened to their Customer Service? Nordstrom has been my 'go to store' for many years. But recently, their women's clothing selection is too strange for me. And the clothes that are right for me, I can't afford. I never had this issue before but I believe the buyers have changed and the majority of NON- DESIGNER clothes are just-ugly. Shoes are generally good selection for small sizes but the great customer service in that department and clothing is horrible. Very sad because it was once the best.

GBNordstrom customer service assured me… Nordstrom customer service assured me that my order would be received after several weeks of waiting. I was in communication with them throughout the process asking for updates which they provided, assuring me it would be delivered. On the delivery date they cancelled the order. I complained and all they could offer me was advice about re placing the order. Remember, I had already placed and paid for the order! I'd stay away from these people, they clearly don't care about customer service and fulfilling orders.

GBNordstrom can't seem to get their delivery services on track. Nordstrom can't seem to get their delivery services in order. I have a package never delivered by TFORCE and yet Nordstrom took money out of my account and said the package was delivered. I had to fight with Nordstrom for weeks to get them to refund my money and they still show on my account if this package is delivered, contact Nordstrom, it has been weeks, I am not going to receive the package. TFORCE stole the package and Nordstrom blames me. I then decide to have my packages sent to Nordstrom Rack and I would pickup over there. Again my package was delivered to the Rack, but they couldn't find it. I called Nordstrom today to let them know I was not happy with this happening to me again, and Nordstrom just hung up on me!!!!

GBRUN! Don’t Order Any Online Orders!!!! If I could give zero stars I would! The amount of time it takes for them to process a return is absolutely ridiculous! It’s been well over 14 days and my refund has not been processed. USPS informed me that Nordstrom’s Shipping Agent picked my item up 16 days ago, but they have no idea where it’s at. Now I’m waiting on an update from their delivery team, which happens to be a department that, “doesn’t speak directly to customer”. I WILL NEVER order or purchase any items from this company again!
