The Nordstrom is a scammer The Nordstrom is a scammer. Nordstrom failed multiple times to charge my bank account for credit card payment which was very low. Bank NEVER received any payment requests from Nordstrom and Nordstrom was charging for returned fees for their failures to take money from bank account. Nordstrom is a jerky scammer to steal money from credit cards, be very careful with their credit card. You don't open it.

Customer service is no longer a value… Customer service is no longer a value for this once favorite store. The person who patiently listened and assisted me in trying to use my gift card should be promoted. The "supervisor" with a bad attitude should probably step down. Right fighters and know-it-alls shouldn't be a customer service "supervisor". Boo! Thumbs down.

What happened to their Customer Service? Nordstrom has been my 'go to store' for many years. But recently, their women's clothing selection is too strange for me. And the clothes that are right for me, I can't afford. I never had this issue before but I believe the buyers have changed and the majority of NON- DESIGNER clothes are just-ugly. Shoes are generally good selection for small sizes but the great customer service in that department and clothing is horrible. Very sad because it was once the best.

Shocking customer service For some bizarre reason, after I had entered my address, my order was processed on an old address(!), how I don't know, so I immediately requested the address change. Apparently they couldn't do this but I could cancel my order, so I requested the order to be cancelled but apparently I was now too late to cancel it. So my order will be carried away to a different address never to be seen again along with my money and I have no way of stopping it apparently!

Nordstrom can't seem to get their delivery services on track. Nordstrom can't seem to get their delivery services in order. I have a package never delivered by TFORCE and yet Nordstrom took money out of my account and said the package was delivered. I had to fight with Nordstrom for weeks to get them to refund my money and they still show on my account if this package is delivered, contact Nordstrom, it has been weeks, I am not going to receive the package. TFORCE stole the package and Nordstrom blames me. I then decide to have my packages sent to Nordstrom Rack and I would pickup over there. Again my package was delivered to the Rack, but they couldn't find it. I called Nordstrom today to let them know I was not happy with this happening to me again, and Nordstrom just hung up on me!!!!
