GBNordstrom customer service assured me… Nordstrom customer service assured me that my order would be received after several weeks of waiting. I was in communication with them throughout the process asking for updates which they provided, assuring me it would be delivered. On the delivery date they cancelled the order. I complained and all they could offer me was advice about re placing the order. Remember, I had already placed and paid for the order! I'd stay away from these people, they clearly don't care about customer service and fulfilling orders.

Nordstrom will offer an introductory savings percentage (say 10%) if you sign-up/use their card for your initial purchase and then not send you the initial bill (I was traveling so as there as no initial bill I didn't think about paying the first merchandise purchased and as stated there was no bill). Later I received a bill with interest and late charges ... unscrupulous (paid balance with unfair interest/late fee and cancelled the account). As stated be aware...

USUNKINDNESS… I have been having too many problems with paying my bill through the mail and in the store. I have kindly ask for a courteously to extend my payment day. Yet they refuse because everyone wants to fleece the senior citizens. However, I do beleve that all people must be mindful that no matter who we are We all shall reap whatsoever we sow.

USExcellent online and offline stores Excellent online and offline stores. Clothes are really great quality. My last purchase was UGG winter boots, I`ve been watching them on multiple websites but the cheapest promotion was on Nordstrom and I didn`t regret when I`ve got my order. The item was packed great, size was perfectly fine fits me and I`ve got original leather brand new UGG for $99! Nordstrom you are wonderful! Thank you so much!

USCustomer service is no longer a value… Customer service is no longer a value for this once favorite store. The person who patiently listened and assisted me in trying to use my gift card should be promoted. The "supervisor" with a bad attitude should probably step down. Right fighters and know-it-alls shouldn't be a customer service "supervisor". Boo! Thumbs down.
