GBRecently Macys customer service haven't… Recently Macys customer service haven't been what it used to be but today I went to green acres mall and met the most wonderful and helpful associates in fragrances department! Alisha and Patty made my shopping day so much better! They had great advice on what to choose as gifts. Shout out to both of them!

GBI bought and item and paid using… I bought and item and paid using Klarna. I took the item to the mall and returned it. Macys never reported the return and now i have to pay Klarna for an item that was returned. Both companies have me running in circles trying to get the account as refunded. Neither company wants to help and just read off a script. Do not use either one unless you enjoy paying for items that are returned.

GBIs zero stars possible? Macy's cancelled order Is zero stars possible? This morning I placed an online order for store pickup (two large luggage pieces which I knew the local store had in-stock). I used my Am Ex card and the purchase was approved of course. But after, Macy's cancelled the order!! I called the number provided (after checking first through chat on the website/may account) and was told they needed to verify my account further. I provided name/billing info etc, but then they wanted me to read a code they sent via text. The message said "we will NEVER call or text for this code" - so why would I provide it for verification? I didn't and was informed that my order could not be reinstated. Of course I'm welcome to go to the store and use my same Am Ex card to purchase it (without additional verification!!!) so this entire "cancellation reason" and "verification process" seems arbitrary, and possibly some sort of fraud. It's no wonder Macy's is suffering customers and they've lost another (I've been one for 50+ years - well back to the Broadway stores days).

GBBad customer service. Order a few things from Macys and it was shipped from AZ. The store did not put my full address on the package it only had my P. O Box on there and not my street address so OnTrac would not deliver it. ( OnTrac is another problem all by itself) OnTrac said Macy needs to update the address and Macys said I need to do that. I spoke with 3 customer service representatives and no one would help me and I couldn’t understand them. I asked to speak to a manager and they just kept me on hold then was hung up on. So frustrating I just told OnTrac to send the package back. I’m done ordering from Macys.

GBCannot understand the representatives… Cannot understand the representatives at all, try to be courteous but when you can't understand a word they say ! No resolution on missing order, excuses and want you to wait another 5 business days, wait another 7 to 10 days for refund. Unacceptable business practice, on hold way to long, can tell it's a call center from back ground noise. I wasn't the only unhappy customer. At this rate we will lose more stores....
