Poor packing. Online order arrived broken. If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered a set of dishes as a gift. When they arrived, the box of dishes was in another box over twice its size, cushioned with only two sheets of packing paper, and no fragile labels anywhere in sight. The inner box on dishes was coming apart at its seams, likely from how beaten up it must have gotten in transit. Unsurprisingly, some of the dishes were broken when I opened the inner box. I’m actually shocked that more of them were not broken. I think a 5 year old probably could have packed this more securely. Customer service is supposedly mailing a replacement and sending me a return level. I have zero confidence the replacement set will arrive in any better condition, and am frustrated I now have to repack and mail this set for a return. Buyer beware of poor packaging and wasteful practices at Macy’s online.

Macy's please hire well speaking english people for customer service! So I bought a fragance and was suppose to receive a Loreal sample gift set when you purchase a fragance $150 or more. Which I didn't receive anything. Only the fragance itself, (which arrived with something broken by the way.) Then I called customer service and one it was difficult to understand the lady that helped me because she couldn't speak well english. She proceeded to say it didn't show or say anything about the gift set on her side but when I went to the store to return the fragance because not only did it arrive broken, I had purchase the incorrect one. It clearly showed on my return receipt that it said Loreal w/fragance. But not only was the lady not understanding me but it's frustrating they have these people that don't understand english good yet alone speak it.

Cannot understand the representatives… Cannot understand the representatives at all, try to be courteous but when you can't understand a word they say ! No resolution on missing order, excuses and want you to wait another 5 business days, wait another 7 to 10 days for refund. Unacceptable business practice, on hold way to long, can tell it's a call center from back ground noise. I wasn't the only unhappy customer. At this rate we will lose more stores....

Order canceled due to needing to verify… Order canceled due to needing to verify information and because it was over $499..I verified everything & I still couldn’t place the order even after calling the customer/consumer protection number because the order was over $499.00. They were going to transfer me a 3rd time to the jewelry department, I finally gave up & told them I would go into the store. Macys is a joke and this why I don’t shop at Macys…. Never again. And my refund better be processed as soon as possible. They didn’t have a problem taking the money there shouldn’t be a problem taking the hold off of my card…

I hadn't received a bill, got a message about how my account was now overdue. I was super pissed, but thanks to Ms. NYLL, everything has been resolved. THANK YOU SO MUCH MS. NYLL.
