GBI bought and item and paid using… I bought and item and paid using Klarna. I took the item to the mall and returned it. Macys never reported the return and now i have to pay Klarna for an item that was returned. Both companies have me running in circles trying to get the account as refunded. Neither company wants to help and just read off a script. Do not use either one unless you enjoy paying for items that are returned.

GBOrder canceled due to needing to verify… Order canceled due to needing to verify information and because it was over $499..I verified everything & I still couldn’t place the order even after calling the customer/consumer protection number because the order was over $499.00. They were going to transfer me a 3rd time to the jewelry department, I finally gave up & told them I would go into the store. Macys is a joke and this why I don’t shop at Macys…. Never again. And my refund better be processed as soon as possible. They didn’t have a problem taking the money there shouldn’t be a problem taking the hold off of my card…

GBCannot understand the representatives… Cannot understand the representatives at all, try to be courteous but when you can't understand a word they say ! No resolution on missing order, excuses and want you to wait another 5 business days, wait another 7 to 10 days for refund. Unacceptable business practice, on hold way to long, can tell it's a call center from back ground noise. I wasn't the only unhappy customer. At this rate we will lose more stores....

GBGetting ripped off. I've made jewelry purchases over $7.500 in November 2023 .Everything was returned in store with proof. I have wasted unacceptable amount of time talking to representatives that do not speak or understand what you are saying, they have deducted over $3.000 of money that I've made to keep my credit in good standing and in March 2024 by magic the 3 special events disappeared from my statement without crediting my account the money that them already received. NO ONE UNDERSTANDS WHAT YOU ARE SAYING NORE DO TGEY UNDERSTAND SIMPLE MATH. MACY'S NEW POLICY OF RIPPING CUSTOMERS OFF. NEVER AGAIN.

GBBad experience Bad experience. Their customer service has been going downhill as quickly as their business. Customer service staff need better training (maybe Macys don't care now). A Ukraine speaking service staff had an attitude and hostile behavior against customer. Also if you order online, the package arrives at night and somehow stolen, it'd be all on you. They won't bother to care about that Customer service said that. Amazon doesn't do this to customers and so Amazon is classy. Macys return policy sucks all the time. You must return apparel shoes merchandises unworn and tag attached.. Nordstrom my favorite, is for classy people. Look up to Nordstrom - a class place!
