I bought and item and paid using… I bought and item and paid using Klarna. I took the item to the mall and returned it. Macys never reported the return and now i have to pay Klarna for an item that was returned. Both companies have me running in circles trying to get the account as refunded. Neither company wants to help and just read off a script. Do not use either one unless you enjoy paying for items that are returned.

False advertisement! I was trying to buy some Nike shoes from Macy’s when I saw they were on sale, it had 30% off on the advertisement so when I try to checkout it wasn’t giving me the promotion. Chatted with a costumer service and he fixed the price but was charging for shipping when it clearly said free shipping. Customer service person said to check back later. Went to check out shoes later only to find the promo had been taken down. Macys does false advertisement!

Getting ripped off. I've made jewelry purchases over $7.500 in November 2023 .Everything was returned in store with proof. I have wasted unacceptable amount of time talking to representatives that do not speak or understand what you are saying, they have deducted over $3.000 of money that I've made to keep my credit in good standing and in March 2024 by magic the 3 special events disappeared from my statement without crediting my account the money that them already received. NO ONE UNDERSTANDS WHAT YOU ARE SAYING NORE DO TGEY UNDERSTAND SIMPLE MATH. MACY'S NEW POLICY OF RIPPING CUSTOMERS OFF. NEVER AGAIN.

My package was robbed Hello! My package was robbed. I ordered a jewelry from Macy’s and the package was delivered by UPS. I received the package ripped off in the middle and put back together with a tape. The inside of the jewelry box was also ripped off and taken together with the jewelry, leaving a big hole on a side. Now Macy’s refuses to make a refund or replace the item. And I cannot place a claim on the UPS webpage, because the claim is blocked by the store. I really want the company to know and investigate the case, because someone in the delivery chain is stealing. The person who took the item knew what was inside. And that raises big questions regarding the protection and security measures taken by the company. And now I’m left with no jewelry and no money.

There is a credit card fraud with Macys… There is a credit card fraud with Macys since last September. Macys customer service don’t do their job. And my fraud claim has been declined however I submitted all required evidence to proof that I didn’t do this transaction. I’m filling a claim against Macys and I’m going to Staten Island Advance. There no creditably to Macys anymore. I don’t recommend anyone to open or use Macys credit card. Macys steals customers money. I will share my horrible experience with everyone I know and post it everywhere.
