GBI processed a return worth $470 months… I processed a return worth $470 months ago (sent back with their label). Last month chatted with an agent who assured refund is coming because online it showed item received but no refund. Today I called and the lady claimed I never returned the items. Then, chatted with an agent that disconnected me. Finally got a hold of another agent that again assured me refund is coming but I don't believe anyone there anymore. The agents are incompetent and hard to understand, stuff goes missing or they don't know how to look up orders the correct way. It's a bad mess!! I'd give them 0 stars if possible.

GBPromotion Pymts NOT APPLIED PROPERLY Unfortunately, Macy's does not apply pymts properly. After I meet my monthly minimum pymt, I pay extra $ to my 'Promotional Purchases' (jewelry) items. THEY DON'T APPLY THE EXTRA $ Paid to it. I have spent hours on the phone since September 2023 with Agents, Managers, Corporate office and cannot get anyone to correct the pymts. Therefore I am NOT shopping Macy's anymore. I am so DISAPPOINTED, I use to be a Macy's Mgr at Manhattan Bch and the Downtown Macy's. We always took care of our Customers at that time, apparently that is not Macy's philosophy anymore. I am sharing my story/issues with all my friends. I think I've been more than patient dealing with misappropriation of pymts for over 6 months.

GBCannot understand the representatives… Cannot understand the representatives at all, try to be courteous but when you can't understand a word they say ! No resolution on missing order, excuses and want you to wait another 5 business days, wait another 7 to 10 days for refund. Unacceptable business practice, on hold way to long, can tell it's a call center from back ground noise. I wasn't the only unhappy customer. At this rate we will lose more stores....

GBThere is a credit card fraud with Macys… There is a credit card fraud with Macys since last September. Macys customer service don’t do their job. And my fraud claim has been declined however I submitted all required evidence to proof that I didn’t do this transaction. I’m filling a claim against Macys and I’m going to Staten Island Advance. There no creditably to Macys anymore. I don’t recommend anyone to open or use Macys credit card. Macys steals customers money. I will share my horrible experience with everyone I know and post it everywhere.
